My Fiancée and I had been looking for a home since early April and made the extreme poor choice to try BECU Mortgage… the banking side and mortgage are apples and oranges. BECU Mortgage was a joke and I still have 23 un-​responded emails that I sent to 2 different «loan officers». Our Redfin Agent suggest I try Fairway Mortgage, with the emphasis on Bob Rankin. Instantly I noticed a difference in regards to professionalism and promptness. Bob went above and beyond several times, as did his Mortgage Assistant Ember, both extremely responsive and professional even after hours. Unfortunately my Fiancée didn’t have the credit history needed to make the deal happen but it wasn’t for a lack of effort on their part. I encourage anyone that needs someone reliable and prompt, this is your potential lender. Thank you again for all the hard work.
