Heronfield Apartments

So far my experience with the Heronfeild leasing office has been very negative. The staff in the office does not answer the phone, until you call repeatedly, and they get annoyed. The very first day I went into the office, I was told my application should be processed by the next day. it has now almost been a month, and we are still waiting for the lease. — meanwhile I have paid for a months rent for a place where I have not been living.
It seems like the leasing office is understaffed, and disorganized.

I saw this location i had reviewed on its previous Unilocal page was considered «Closed» even tho i drove right down the road past it a couple weeks ago when i was in town and now i find out there is a 2^nd page for this location. Both Unilocal pages are the same address. I find that shady, especially since the place had low marks on its previous page. I want to make this clear, i don’t appreciate owners/​management trying to cover up reviews and i don’t know the full story about WHY the previous page was closed. So i’ll do what is right and leave my previous review here dated February 21^st 2015 so that it won’t get skipped or missed.
Me and my sweetheart were insulted by the leasing manager Geny Jester during our visit to the complex after looking around for a new home. We were greeted with a unfriendly and judgmental look and were shewed away as quickly as possible. Its very discriminating. We believe it was because of our appearance since we are young collage students. We were not able to see the apartments or the grounds and were give little information about the apartments. Geny just decided to take our names and contact info and said she could contact us if something was available. A week later i called the office pretending i was a new person interested and the lady on the phone who i don’t remember her name, said there was one coming up we could look at! I was never contacted by Geny during that week when i found out something was coming up soon and so we decided not to come back after being judged by our appearances. If i could rate them any lower, i would prefer to give them ⁰⁄₅ stars. I never want to be treated like dirt again, this isn’t high school. You are suppose to be professional and friendly to people interested in your homes.
PS: I cannot judge what the apartments look like from the inside. Just know that the staff at the office was extremely rude and a manager has already tried to apologize for it on the previous review page but asked that we come back to give the place a 2^nd chance. However i keep getting emails from this place when i’ve already broken off connections with them. Its extremely annoying and have marked them as spam.
