Kirkland Glass & Mirror

Great service — I needed an odd size mirror and searched local businesses to see who was nearby. Went in and ordered and told them it was not needed quickly, but I got a call the next day to say my mirror was ready! As previous reviewer mentioned, bring blankets or something to protect the glass as it comes as is. The lady did mention this to me when I was there. Also, I was unsure how to hang it on the wall, they were extremely helpful and explained exactly how to do it and also had the correct glue there to sell me.

I submitted a request for information through their website’s online form and three weeks passed and I never heard back. I called the day after a holiday and left a message (their voicemail failed to say they were closed that day — I always change mine when I’m going to be out of the office). They called back a few days later and I learned that they have two websites and don’t check messages on both. They were a matter of fact about that and didn’t seem to realize that was an odd way to not serve potential customers. I scheduled someone to come out to look at the desktop I wanted glass for and was told then and again when the guy came out that I could expect a quote the next day. It didn’t come the next day but came on Monday the following week (two biz days later, no big deal but an example of how they lack follow through). So when I do hear back they tell me they can’t do the job. I appreciate that they don’t try to do a project they don’t think they can do a good job on, but I very much dislike that I wasted a month to find out they can’t even help me.
