Chas was recommended by another company I had contacted to do some work on my concrete tile. He came out to do a bid and seemed knowledgable. He said he would call the next day with a quote. It has been 3 weeks. I have sent two emails and left several voicemails and have received no response. I would not have been upset if he had just informed me that he was not interested in the job, but it is uncourteous and unprofessional to completely blow me off.
