Got the pulled pork sandwich, I was not pleased. The only flavor I could taste was the taste of the smoke. I wouldn’t go back but that’s probably because I’m not from WA. I’m from the Midwest and even there had better bbq.

Great concept, nice laid back atmosphere, delicious Smokey BBQ aroma but didn’t deliver on the food. I ordered the brisket«platter» which were 2 sides and a picnic paper container with dried out meat. The BBQ sauce that I had to request was astringent and couldn’t help the brisket. The bacon beans, too sweet and the corn was a bit undercooked and the chili seasoning gritty. We also had the ribs which were tough and dry. We met Wilbur and he was a jovial host and made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately the food did not. Hopefully they will adjust their recipe and make better BBQ. It’s a great location and theme.

Very happy with this place. #1: met Wilbur, great guy, very friendly. #2: got the brisket sandwich; it was great. #3: they just opened 4 weeks ago(according to Wilbur) and it seems that have everything running smoothly. #4: corn on the cob! It was delicious. Great job, guys! I’ll be back.

We typically head to 3 Pigs in Bellevue when we want awesome Beef Brisket, but took the scenic route and ended up in Kirkland downtown at a BBQ Cart which as it turns out, has excellent Brisket! I also got a side of Red Potato Salad and Corn, which also was very good. Highly recommended! They said they are probably open until October. We will be back soon,

I was extremely surprised to find all of the seating open on a sunny tuesday evening in Kirkland, but shortly there after it began to fill. The location is perfectly squeezed between two local restaurants. The food is excellent. We had the brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, and of course the baked beans and bacon side. The taste of the long smoked bbq was exactly what we’ve been searching for. There aren’t too many places in the NW to find«real» bbq, but Wilbur has hit the nail on the head. I can compare it to a couple other places in the area, but Wilbur’s has«smoked» any competition in my opinion. This bbq is a must try.

BBQ and grilled corn are on the menu. Good location for a summer night out in downtown Kirkland. Stroll along Lake Washington blvd. then stop here for some cue and a cold beverage. Nice to have some BBQ in town.
