This store is pretty attentive on tending to customers as they walk through the door. Definitely way different than other AT&T stores I have made my way into. It is a pretty large store with a nice layout. Parking is plentiful.

I came in for a servicing issue, we needed someone patient and customer service oriented. After speaking with the first associated whom couldn’t do much, we were introduced to an amazing professional, the store manager and the most knowledgeable, and professional sales associate. This is a great store, everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. look for Felipe to buy your new phone, you will be very pleased!

This is the absolute very worst AT&T I’ve ever had the horrible experience of enduring. Staff is agonizingly slow and unorganized. On my third trip I finally was able to touch base with a gentleman by the name of Felipe who in my opinion was the most competent and professional employee they have. Hats off the you Felipe’ after this these few experiences I’ll make sure to call ahead in the in the future for his help. If not available I’ll just go to another.
