Orbit One Vacation Villas

I wanted to provide my sincerest appreciation for all the kindness and excellent customer service provided during my stay at Orbit One Vacation Villas in Florida during the first week of our family vacation. Most importantly the extra effort provided by Mr. Joseph Tabor (Security Manager). When we checked out we left behind two items. One of high value and the other was my grandsons baby blanket that he cherishes. Mr. Tabor was kind enough to deliver these items personally to us at our Disney Hotel without hesitation. In this day and age it is tough to find honest, kind customer service. This is above and beyond the comfort of the 2 bedroom villa and absolutely wonderful children pool. The personnel and security Manager at Orbit One should truly be recognized. I would recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be staying there again.

What a great place. I am more than happy with this vacation villa complex. Clean, well kept, terrific staff. Lots of amenities, including two nice pools, a playground, a game room, fitness center, and Free wifi. I’ll be back.

This resort needs a lot of work. None of the rooms are updated. There is a gate but no security. Anyone can go in and out as they pleased. The front desk is good but really how many times you go the front desk while you are on vacation. The rooms were old and had stains in the carpet. Hot tub didn’t work and kitchen was outdated. The pool was nice. Of they remodel the rooms it could be a great resort.

BE WARNED! ONLY THE NEWER AND REMOLDED ROOMS ARE GOOD THERE ARE STILL OLD AND UNFINISHED ROOMS. We got an older room that has not been remodeled! Old appliances, furniture, ugly colored walls. The room was dirty didn’t seemed vacuumed. The cabinets had scratches and scuffs and were not repainted. Small beds in guest room (twins) if you have a child over 5feet 7inches they would be to talk and feet would hang out. The tv’s were very old. The light in the guest bed was a small lamp that is not light very well. On top of it all the room seems unfinished. Ex: new washer machine that looks nice but supper old dryer that looks more then 10 years old. Old kitchen but new table. Old tv’s in rooms but in living room there was a newer tv. Then we asked if we could change rooms. And then they just put us in the exact some type of the room but this time it was a worst washer but a better master bathroom. This condo seems very inconsistent about it’s remodeling. So everyone rooms has one nice thing and one bad thing. So before you get a room here MAKE SURE YOU GET A REMOLDED ROOM!

If you like a small resort without a lot of people, this is your place. I prefer this over the massive huge resorts. The condos are large, clean, and modern. That’s all I require. Most importantly, they are not in my face everyday trying to sell me another.

Loved everything about it, except the no wifi part. Huge condo/​villa, plenty of parking, screened porch (my smoking area! hehe), reasonable price, quiet and safe location. You can walk to the stores if you need/​forgot something but driving distance to disney, and etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
