If you value the ability to count and being able to measure things highly amongst your contractors, then Dan Trevino is not the guy for you. We purchased our home three weeks ago, and Dan Trevino was supposed to have repairs completed on our storm-​damaged windows well before we closed. Well, he didn’t, and he’s been an annoying fixture in my life for the last three weeks. Instead of completing our job, he tells long-​winded stories about all the reasons he can’t quite get trim on a couple of windows. Interestingly enough, after the five minutes it takes for him to tell you the story, analysis of these stories reveal that they all could have been edited down to one of two sentences.
Either:
1. I measured something wrong.
Or:
2. I counted something wrong.
He also lacks the courtesy to tell you via call or text that you are wasting your time waiting for this doofus to show up when he said he would. He has stood me up four times, and each time I found that out by contacting him well after the time he said he would be here.
So if measuring, counting, and telling time are important to you, you would be better off hiring my 2, 4, and 6 year olds for your job. At least my preschoolers have redeeming qualities, unlike Dan Trevino.
