Lindsay was AMAZING!!! I had no clue how much I really needed someone like Lindsay. I would recommend her to everyone!!! She thought of everything and more and was so incredibly helpful through out the entire process. I loved that my friends and family could really concentrate on enjoying our wedding day because Lindsay was already on top of everything! She does an amazing job, is super sweet and you can really tell she loves her job! Thank you SO much Lindsay!

Lindsay has been my God-​send. She is one of the best people I have ever worked with, and 6 months before my wedding, I already feel like everything is coming together. I was so stressed out in the beginning, but so far everything she has done was outstanding. I am going to post more to this as time progresses, but as of right now, Lindsay is as good as it gets :)

Lindsay did a great job at helping with wedding planning and day of event planning. She helped me wrangle all of my vendors and ended up finding us our perfect venue (which I didn’t even want to go see, I’m so glad she pushed us in that direction!!). She has several good contacts, and will recommend services to you based on your budget. Her day of event planning is wonderful — she kept everything running on time and made sure all the small items were taken care of (plates were made for us, drinks in our hands every time they got low, etc). I would fully recommend her services to anyone!

Lindsay Blackwell was fabulous! Hire her and you will have made a smart decision — probably one of the best for your wedding! I was indecisive about so many things leading up to the big day, but she was always so calming and always reassured me that everything would be just fine… and fine they were. I met with other day-​of-​coordinators, but Lindsay was so sweet, sharp, and comforting — hands down my favorite! I felt relieved knowing on the day of my wedding that everything would run smoothly because Lindsay was there to take care of the details — she was professional yet pleasant and did a spectacular job (even my friends commented on how great she was). I have been to weddings where everything is disorganized — having a day-​of-​coordinator (at the very least), will make things flow well and give you peace of mind — trust me! We all know brides/​grooms have enough to worry about it. Had we not hired Lindsay, I guarantee I would have been super stressed out on the day of my wedding. She offers lots of services for the price — you won’t be disappointed!

I would love to give no stars but unable. My daughter and I contracted with Lindsey in August 2013 for a Dec 2014 wedding; a year and a half in advance. In April of this year I get an email from Lindsey that her cousin is getting married the same day but she has hired another planner for us. We agree to meet the new planner and LOVE her so all is great; plus Lindsay said she would work on the wedding with the new planner until she left town. So two weeks ago we had the final meeting at our venue and the replacement planner shows up and we wait and wait for Lindsay, who I had confirmed with. She arrives 30 minutes late. So we overlook this and continue on. Four days later I get another email that she has fired the replacement planner but has a wonderful new planner who has worked at another venue for over a year and has done many weddings; Tara. We are now within a month of the wedding. I ask for more information and find out Tara is her sister-​in-​law and this now sounds odd. I decide to call her «over a year» employer and am told she has been there maybe two months and has never planned a wedding. They even told me they would send me a list of planners and point blank told me if I wanted a nice wedding to get someone off the list and not to use Tara. I emailed Lindsay back and ask her what her backup plan was if Tara didn’t work out. I also was curious to know just how dedicated she was to us as a client, to her business and her commitment to a contract signed a year and a half ago. All I can say is she has no dedication to anything but herself. Her answer was if Tara did not work out she would make her sister not go to the cousins wedding and we could use the sister. How totally unprofessional. She did say she was sorry for «misleading» us about Tara. How about flat out lying about her. During this time I also wanted to say thank you to the first replacement planner Lindsay had gotten us as she had been wonderful. Imagine our surprise when I told her how sorry I was she would not be moving forward on our wedding and this poor girl had NO clue she was no longer employed! To pull all of this within one month of a wedding shows that Lindsay only cares about herself and the bride is of no importance to her and apparently she has no respect for a signed contract! She did refund us our money but we did have her under a breech of contract. I also did point blank ask her if she had any intention of honoring her commitment as the contract stated and be at the wedding and her answer was no. Run away fast from her because if something better comes along she will just dump you. Not just once, but twice. Unprofessional!
