This was my grandsons first eye appointment. The staff at Kyle Vision Source are simply the best. The environment was comfortable and we were seen immediately. Dr. Vuong made him feel at ease during the exam and she answered any questions he had. The office has a big selection of name-​brand frames and the staff was helpful in helping him pick out a frame for his new glasses. Kyle Vision Source is my new go to place for eye exams and eyewear. A + for service. If you need your eyes checked, this is the one stop shop you’ve been looking for.

I was referred to Kyle Vision Source and was very impressed by the professional service that I received. Dr. Vuong and the staff were thorough with the examination process and explained the results fully.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Very friendly staff. Inviting lobby and was in and out in about an hour. I felt like I was Arnold Schwarzenegger in Total Recall with the advanced technology they were using. I would highly recommend.

Dr Voung is amazing. She makes you feel very comfortable and answers any questions with the utmost attention. When we where skeptical about putting our little one in glasses she was very understanding and talked us through it.
Her team is awesome and has done everything possible to get us all set up. I came to get a 2^nd pair of glasses just a few months from the first, my little on had already managed to break the fist, and the tech set up us up to get the 1^st pair fixed under warranty. Awesome!!!

I highly recommend Kyle Vision Source. I’m thankful that I was referred here by a former coworker. The Doctor I saw was very thorough and took her time with me during my appointment and noticed something with one of my eyes that I never knew with past appointments at other places. I will definitely be going back for sure!

1÷25÷16 I must update because the general manager contacted me about the copay issue. She apologized for the events of the appointment and stated it was an error. I was reimbursed buy would still be very cautious about future co-​pays. I don’t think the general manager can be present for every transaction.

I like the doctor however I am not able to see at night. It is a real problem because I have to drive home every night in the dark. I was told to come back in a month use drops and compress mask and fish oil pills. Ok. Mask and fish oil cost me $ 100. Really. My husband went and he was forced to wait 30 minutes to pay his bill because they wanted to sell him glasses. He wears contacts. I do not like the up sell and I do not like the fact that I still do not have a prescription and cannot see to drive. I am scheduling with an MD.
Update: I was not treated properly. I should have been referred and was not. I had a cateract and Dr yuong knew I had a cateract. Though I was never ever told that. Instead of referral they tried to do additional testing not covered by insurance and for something they could not treat. I went to an ophthalmologist and testing was covered. I had surgery this week for the cateract that I had and Kyle Vision knew I had. I was yanked around for over a month by them when I know they knew I had a cateract.

I wanted to wait until I received my eyeglasses & sunglasses before sharing my thoughts.
I paid out of pocket for the exam (which was a reasonable $ 85.00 however, it does appear that they offer a groupon occasionally so be on the lookout). The eye exam was very thorough and probably one of the most in depth exams I’ve ever had. I even got to see photos of the inside of my eye– gross. lol. The doctor was very sweet and she explained everything really well.
I had the pleasure of having Tory help me pick out my glasses and sunglasses. She was extremely helpful and patient. I asked her tons of questions, tried on tons of glasses, and couldn’t have made as good of a selection without her. I have a ridiculous prescription so both of my glasses were ready to pick up about 1.5−2 weeks later. I love both my glasses & sunglasses. I’m currently in the adjustment phase — bleh, but they are ADORABLE and I can’t wait for my eyes to adjust to fully enjoy them. I will go back, and I will refer my friends & family to them as well.

The ladies in this office are so nice! And they have such fancy new technology.
Dr. Vuong was very pleasant to talk to, and you can really tell how intelligent she is. She was even kind enough to laugh at my corny joke! (Why do optometrists have such long lifespans? Because they DILATE! haha) Speaking of dilating, they didn’t have to do that– All that fancy new technology and whatnot took care of it, so I didn’t have to leave the office with crazy big pupils.
When it came time to pick out the frames for my new glasses, Tori was patient and complimentary. She didn’t rush me into making a decision and instead made it fun to try on many different frames.
When I called back the day after picking up my new glasses, Ashley was chipper and answered my curious question in a way that I was able to understand.
It had been years since I had received an eye exam, and all around, this was a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Vuong to everyone.

My husband and I have been there before. Today I took my 3-​year old and I was hesitant to take her there because they don’t advertise pediatric eye exams. I must say that my daughter was unafraid and very comfortable. They took care of her and were well prepared to do a child’s exam. They gave her crayons, a coloring book and a toy sunglasses. I am very happy with how they treated my little one.

Just moved down from Arkansas and had to find a new eye doctor! Checked reviews and I have found Kyle Vision Source! Dr. Jacob was very professional, personable, took the time to discuss and review my needs and concerns and made sure I was ok with the entire eye checking and eyeglass fitting process! I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend him for all your glasses needs!

The wait was well worth the appointment. My husband was taken care of and everyone was extremely friendly. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone I know. The entire staff was friendly and we will be back every year for our annual exams!

I’ve only dealt with Dr. Madison Huser at the Kyle Vision Center (haven’t seen Dr. Jacob). Dr. Huser is absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and considerate — and also sweet. She stays until she answers every question completely and from every perspective. She is committed to doing whatever she can to protect your vision and health.
I should also say that they have the most modern and advanced optical equipment I’ve ever seen. I am very glad that I paid the small surcharge for the medical testing of potential evidence of emerging eye diseases. Turned out I needed to see a neurologiist to evaluate a possible issue — and she called around until she found a good neuro doctor to quickly review my case. I’m OK, but very glad she was so thorough. And she helped in other ways.
Nothing to do with anything, (I’m a happily married woman) but I really enjoy listening to her voice. Ok, again I know that isn’t what matters in an eye doctor, it’s their education, knowledge, integrity and concern for the patient. But I felt very comfortable with her.
I give them five stars, but the one and only thing that bothered me was the receptionist wouldn’t answer my emailed questions about what the checkup would cost, given I changed my Blue Cross insurance policy That woman later explained they figure costs out and when I’m actually there for the meeting. But I felt she should have responded more fully to my email questions about costs for a standard visual checkup. Their prices were fine though each time but I have an extreme dislike of evasiveness about what it would cost me (I have learned to zone in when that happens). Like the old days when they would give women a menu without prices and you had to question the waiter in a way that made them look ascance at you. I may be unfair with my comment, but oh well …
Final note. I’m an ergonomist and your vision is extremely critical for your health. Not just at the brain level, but if you don’t see correctly you end up spending your time in awkward and generally forward-​leaning postures that greatly increase risk of injury. The research in the last decade about the importance of avoiding static forward leaning postures is overwhelming — particularly relating to damage to the ligaments. When we don’t see well, among other things, we start to slump forward. Research indicates that in only five minutes of this posture you lose your sense of proprioception, which means you lose your ability to sense your posture in space, so you lose your ability among other things to be able to restore your natural lumbar (low back) curve. etc, So your risk of injury increases. After your mid 40’s, this issue becomes particularly important. And, given the research indicating that lack of hearing increases the risk of dementia I have a feeling the same is true for visual inabilities — but just in extreme cases. That’s all. Be well

Every single person in their staff was so nice and beyond knowledgeable! I tried to make an appointment with another company here in Kyle and the lady had me on hold for 20 minutes trying to figure out my insurance. I called Vision Source and they knew immediately that they took my insurance and had my appointment set up within 5 minutes!
I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience with them and I would recommend them to everyone!

Everyone here is SUPER friendly, too. They didn’t even flinch at any of my introvertedly awkward comments.
Dr. Jacob is not only knowledgeable, and friendly, but he’s also attractive, a sharp dresser AND he smells good! What! They’ve got top notch equipment and he found my new prescription really quickly.
Upon visiting a doctor’s office, it’s usually cos of something bad happening or you just have an overall «meh» visit. I had a pretty good time, and I’m glad I’m going to be able to see well again. I’ll probably come back here to check out some frames!

The service at this location is top notch! They use the highest quality equipment there, it’s really cool! Everybody in the office is friendly and eager to help! The doctor’s rocked! Patrick rocked! He did an outstanding job at helping me pick the right frames for me. They had an awesome selection, too! I can go on, and on…
