I took my dog here for grooming for the first time a couple of days ago and all went great. They were so personable and caring and the vibe of the store was mellow which I really liked. No crates or lots of dogs at once. Franklin looked and smelt great. I know they use high quality natural products which is also a big plus for me. I’m very fussy about where I take my boy and I will definitely be going back!

Great experience for me and Daisy!!! Before we left I made her next appointment. She looks adorable.

Oh my goodness! My friends have been telling me to bring my dog here vs. a pet smart forever now. After the last straw of dropping my dog off at 1pm and her still not getting even started on when I called at 4pm… And then picking her up to find her haircut looked like a blind person cut her hair… I decided to finally bring my dog to Jaime at button nose groomers. Wow!!! What a difference!!! Ame (our dog) looks your best she’s ever looked!!! And smells amazing. She was in an open space, not caged up for hours, and was so happy when we picked her up. Jaime did an incredible job. Plus super friendly service, Communicated entire time, of start and finish time. Great products sold here too, we picked up some of that delicious smelling leave in conditioner. We will Always bring our dog to Jaime now. My only regret is we didn’t do this sooner! Thanks Jaime!!!

As a professional dog walker, I appreciate a quality pet food store when I find one! Button Nose is wonderful — stocked with quality treats, excellent service, and best of all, two old golden retrievers! I walk my client Samantha daily, and every Friday, we make a stop at Button Nose for a friendly treat! They are always welcoming, have water bowl full outside. They also have lots of greenies — a favorite with my clients:) We have met Christina, Veronica and Joy and a young man so far, and all have been lovely. Consistently friendly service just feels good.

I took my new 4-​legged BFF, Ethel, to Button Nose Pet Shop in order to get an estimate on a deluxe groom job and after they answered my questions, I made an appointment with Jamie since she would be the groomer for the weekends and what works with my schedule. (Bonus– I love the fact that they have a groomer on both Saturday and Sundays!!) I also love the fact that they work on 1 dog at a time and they schedule drop offs so that they groomer can soon after start working on your dog. In many other facilities, you drop them off and the dog can be waiting for hours before they are looked at. I dropped off my dog at 11:00am and she was done by 12:30pm. Ethel looked like a different dog! And in a good way! Jamie did a wonderful scissor job on her. Another bonus was that when I picked Ethel up, she was hanging out with the employee at the register which has a gate to prevent her from walking around and getting out. I like that she wasn’t wait for me in a cage/​crate. That personal care is something I appreciate and shows how they are different from your typical grooming salons. They also gave me some suggestions on how to reduce the matting of her coat which I will do from now on. I look forward to bringing in Ethel for her future grooming appointments.

THEY CUT MY DOG!
This place is all talk. I took my dogs here and even when they asked what I wanted, they would somehow fail to deliver. Not cutting correctly or failing to listen to what was requested. How does a groomer fail to clean the ears of 2 dogs? We were referred here by a friend too. Isn’t that what grooming is for? This recent trip to this groomer was a rush job by Christina and company.
There were so many uneven cuts on their fur. One of my dogs even had an ear cut. Poor thing was bleeding when we came home. I also said the groomer failed to cut the fur short where the feet are. That’s funny because when we showed up, the groomer asked what I wanted and I told her the specific request. They totally failed on this part. When I wanted the fur cut near the paws because it was not cut as I showed up to pick them up, I was told the groomer is gone for the day. Pretty much a too bad… What an unprofessional place. Can you believe this place said they would do it and not do it?
The worse is when you trust them with your dogs and they don’t seem to show that love you would have towards them.
My two dogs will not be coming here again. All they make are excuses after another. Also your workers need to keep your hands off my my child. You have no right to touch my child on the head. She’s not a dog.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

When they messed up a few months ago, they offered 1 free grooming, not 2. 2 is not accurate.
We don’t have time to drive back and forth to address errors on your end. Errors being the fact that you did not shave the fur near the paw as requested. We did call around 6pm and no one picked up. You even said the groomer was gone for the day which is why you were unable to shave the fur. So it was inaccurate information because you now mention that the groomer had appointments at night. We are done with dealing with you shop. Your food is overpriced anyways. online ordering is cheaper and faster. I’m done with this. On to the next.

My furry family member has been to Button Nose Pet Shop once for grooming. He is due to go in again very soon.
Christina, the owner, is very friendly and kind. If your dog gets stressed out going to Petco with too many dogs he or she will be fine at Button Nose. Christina has two big Golden Retrievers that are always lounging around the store, but they are really friendly with other dogs. I was scared to bring Tucker in at first because both of those dogs are huge, but they were nice.
They also sell lots of good dog food and treats. They have Taste of the Wild which is one of the better brands. They also sell lots of different treats.

I have been taking our dog buddy to button nose for the last three month, I met the owner Christina, she is very sweet lady and she loves dogs, this place is very clean, and they are very professional and helpful. I use to take buddy to pet smart they charge about 40 percent more and I wasn’t very happy with the service. Go to button nose and you won’t regret it.

Christina the owner has put a great deal of love into this shop and it shows!!! The products they carry are all top notch and it is super easy to park and walk in. That said what made me really like Button Nose was it’s affordable grooming. The groomer I initially went to there has left and they have not found someone of her quality just yet but I can tell the owner is trying.

This store stocks the very best food and the owner, Christina, is very knowledgeable. I also use their grooming services and am very pleased with the results. I also like that they schedule one dog at a time and call you when your dog is ready. My dogs are only there for a couple of hours versus six hours in a cage at Petco.

This store offers high quality goods with a warm and great atmosphere. The owner Christina is super sweet. You can tell she loves animals by how she shows interest in you & your pets. My dog Buster & I always get to hangout with her dogs there. I love supporting this small shop. It’s a great breath of fresh air coming here compared to the usual chains.

HORRIBLE service. I would not even want to leave one star for this place. The owner acted clueless when I showed up for my appointment (and I received a confirmation email) and didn’t even apologize for failing to book my appointment in their system.

Delightful boutique pet-​shop. The people were kind and knowledgable. Fido needed a grooming and thought I’d give them a try. I had driven by and seen this shop. It was clean and cute. When I came for Fido, he was out and about hav
ing a good time. Not locked up in a kennel. They washed as if one of their own, no muzzles, etc were used. They suggested some products and gave a couple chewy samples since this Fido is a bit picky in this area. There was no pressure pressure to buy. Just a little guided help. Found a chewy that Fido kind-​of likes and bought from them rather then a big chain. Glad to support such a nice small biz.

Christina, the owner is thee best! Very sweet and truly cares about dogs. I’ve taken both my poodles to get groomed and was very happy. Veronica, the groomer did a great job and brought to my attention my dog’s ear infection which I had no idea about. The shop has great choices for dog food and I love how they let dogs freely roam around. Totally recommend!

Horrible service. Expensive. Doesn’t even look like my dogs had a hair cut. The woman in charge had zero response to my complaints. We will never go back there.

I gave an english cocker spaniel. I am sorry that I took my dog to be groom at this place. They don’t have any idea about grooming. My poor dog looks like a washed rug. His feet were not groom properly… hair an inch long.
I feel shame to go back to my old groomer Frank at ANDERSON PET SHOP. They charge half of the price and do a profesional job.

I took my Standard Poodle there for grooming for the first time today, and it was a wonderful experience. The owner Christina was very welcoming and allowed my dog to get acquainted with the surroundings, and the groomer Veronica very nurturing. My dog was happy to be there and looked so pretty, and she was groomed exactly as we discussed. It is more important to me that the dog is happy and well cared for than cut and blow-​out. The owner schedules one dog at a time, and dogs do not wait endlessly in kennels.
I have scheduled my second Standard Poodle’s appointment for next week!

Really cute pet shop! Christina is a huge dog lover and it definitely shows. She carries all the best dog food and top rated pet care products at good prices. Also a cute selection of doggie clothes and collars and leashes. She is pretty knowledgeable on all the products and which ones are more popular so feel free to ask her for advice :)
