Zack who is the owner of the place is a really nice guy he has always helped me out along with all the other customers and «regulars». Has a pretty good balance on juices and vapes/​mods and is very knowledgeable in everything from building coils for the rebuildable atomizers as well as what juices to pick based on your own flavor pallet and one thing that most shops don’t do is he can get you certain items from juice to just about any device /​vape which is really helpful (keeps me going from shop to shop and wasting time) but overall it’s an amazing shop and has a nice variety and great customer service. If you need a vape shop that will help you out and give you great information than head on down to Vape On. AND REMEMBER TO LIVE A SMOKE FREE LIFESTYLE AND VAPE ON!!!

I just googled voodoo ejuice, maybe it’s similar, however the ego is being sold not far from you $ 20.00 cheaper, not as cheap as the one I found online.

Very nice and clean vape shop with the perfect atmosphere. I don’t vape but I came with my friend who does. Zack is extremely nice and takes his time with each customer. He helps you find the perfect flavor. My friend got unicorn milk mixed with something else. It smelled really good. I had fun just lounging around and talking. Zack’s got some pretty sweet vintage bikes in his shop. Come by and check it out.

First, let me say that I have been vaping for three years. I haven’t had a single cigarette in 2 years. I have frequented Vape On for 2/​3rds of those years of vaping, nearly from the time they opened. I’ve tried MANY, MANY shops around Los Angeles, far and wide. I vastly prefer this shop to all of them. Why?
The atmosphere: this is a very relaxed, low pressure environment. I can see why it would be very comfortable for those new to vaping. The shop is bright and cheerful, a rarity among most vape shops, with a straight forward design. You can see all of their products clearly in an uncluttered display space.
Zach and Kim are very low pressure and welcoming. They’ll make suggestions, figure out your preferences, engage in small talk. Sometimes, I’m pretty sure Zach knows what I want before I do. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful. I have never felt judged or belittled here for my choices in vaping (and let me tell you, I have been side-​eyed at a lot of shops for saying I hate drippers. With 3 years of vape in my system, I don’t need to be nannied by vape staff). Whether I’m going in for a quick juice run or a prolonged upgrade spree, I’m always sure to get competent, enthusiastic service and support here.
The products: Vape On has a simple, old school sampling system. I can try all of their juices at my leisure, without waiting on Zach or Kim to serve it up to me, and I don’t have to read through a dense, cluttered menu to do so. Further, when I try those juices, I know that they will unilaterally be delicious and of the highest quality. Vape On doesn’t stock crap juices, full stop. Further, Zach and Kim are GREAT at learning one’s palette and making custom tailored recommendations. Even, occasionally, recommendations for pairings! If I find I like a juice they don’t stock, staff will be clear and fair about why they don’t carry it, and offer reasonable alternative flavors. Kim even once came up with a recipe on the spot for a blend to mimic a more complex flavor, and was spot on!
The owners don’t sell anything they wouldn’t use themselves. Every product here has been tested and sampled by the person selling it to you, and they won’t hard sell you something that doesn’t fit your stated preferences. No one here has ever tried to sell me more machine than I need, which is another rarity in a vape shop.
The Service: Look, if I’m honest, when I started coming here, 2 years ago, Zach seemed a little head strong, but nothing out of the usual for an older teenager. Even then, he was never overtly rude or unhelpful. Far from it! Since then, he has matured into a Vape Savant. I trust him, I like him, and I really appreciate that I can talk Doctor Who with him while I ponder my juice purchases. He has truly grown into his place as the primary staff of this shop. Over my 2 years of patronage here, everyone has always been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Additionally, this is the only shop I trust to fix a broken battery or build a coil on my ill-​fated dripper. THE ONLY ONE. During my foray into drippers, I had Zach fix a totally jacked up build another shop had given me. This is the only shop I’ve ever visited that offered a repair and a loaner instead of an expensive replacement when I walked in with a dropped battery.
Vape On is a small but solid family run vape shop that cares about its customers, and, more importantly, cares about building a mutually beneficial relationship with those customers. I intend to continue getting my nic fix here as long as I continue vaping.

Went in today and got myself a Kangertech Subox Mini. As soon as I walked in I noticed the worker (Zack) fixing a vape. This already gave me good feels about this place because I knew he was knowledgeable. Zack took his time in helping me and gave me the complete run down on how vapes work. They had exactly what I was looking for and they even let me test out a ton of flavors to see what I liked most. I don’t know how anyone would give this place a negative review. I will be returning for sure. Thanks a lot guys. Cheers!

I came into Vape On as a smoker and Kim immediately put me at ease. I had visited a few other vape shops and left feeling intimidated and unsure.
Kim started me off with the very basics and explained things thoroughly. My set up was simple and easy to follow, something important to me.
This is the only vape shop I go to. I highly recommend them.

I love this store! Always get great customer service when I come in to see Zack for a build. They have a great selection of juices and it’s just an overall great environment. Been cigarette free for 6 months now and I owe it all to Vape On!

Ever since the whole Vape thing became a hit, tons of vape shops were opening around the SGV & Sun Valley. I have gone to almost every single one & you know what they had in common? They were just interested in the sales. They were not fond of teaching & if they did show you, it would be a vague figure it out yourself kind of deal. I used to work in Panorama City so I randomly figured why not go somewhere that’s a little further out & see what they have to offer? This shop was family oriented, cool & patient. They know their stuff so if you have questions, ask away. We’ve all been beginners before. They will show you how to get your mods down. As far as juices go, they have a pretty good selection. I’m a gummy bear flavor type of girl. I will return. & ONE more thing folks, if you come in here asking for their opinion about anything they sell or anything on the vape market, they will be honest with you. So don’t get offended if you don’t like the answer. It’s called an opinion for a reason & everyone’s is different.

You know the crazy thing is that it is really, really hard to get «Organic E-​Juice» at any of the smoke shops near and far around here. People don’t get that the synthetic E-​Juices have more than the 7000 chemicals in cigarettes. Isn’t the reason for turning to «Vaping» is so that you can get away from all the deadly, harmful chemicals in smoking. Not to mention the bad smell of cigarettes, they’re dirty, leaving the oil on walls and just makes your home, clothes, hair, car and even your pets stink all around. What an extremely dumb waste to smoke cigarettes.
And now that we have got that understood, stick with Vape On in La Crescenta because even though I have begged and cajoled, no amount of convincing could I get any of the smoke shops around here or in Glendale, will they order or stock «Organic E-​Juice.» The other smoke shops don’t care about your health and to me, that is a really big reason to be concerned. So stick with «Vape On» in La Crescenta, they will not let you dismally down like all the other shops.

I was visiting my family in montrose and wanted to check out the local vape shop (vape on).the family that owns and runs it is very knowledgeable and welcoming witch is rare in so cal, try their brand of juice water berry it’s awesome

I don’t trust any other shops to do my builds after I came here. The person who builds is experienced and I have never had any problems with any of the products or favors suggested to me. The workers are all nice and tends to peoples needs. if you need a good vape shop I would highly suggest this vape store

A couple of weeks ago I finally decided I want to quit smoking. Living in Montrose, I wanted to go somewhere close to home. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a young man. I told him I know almost nothing about vaping. He spent an hour with me explaining everything and helped me pick out a combo and a juice I liked. I’m very impressed at the kind of personal service they provide as a family and the pride they take in helping people quit and stay off of cigarettes. I’m happy to report that I’m no longer a smoker and this store has a little bit to do with it. Had it not been for the knowledge the staff provided, I may have never bought the equipment as I’ve always been reluctant about the whole idea. Thanks, Zach and family!

Best customer service around, this place is the reason I got off hookah and cigarettes. Very knowledgable and know what theyre doing. Zack is the building master even after a year of going to this shop i still learn something new from him and every time I go in its an awesome experience. Definitely grateful for coming upon Vape on.

Quit smoking on 7÷14÷2014, almost went back to smoking as I was having a terrible time trying to ‘like’ the Blu E-​Cigs. Decided to stop in Vape On first to see what vaping was all about. I am SO VERY THANKFUL I DID. Kim and Zack are AWESOME.
Kim and Zack, wanted to drop in and say THANK YOU for all of your knowledge and helping me to stay a non-​smoker today! Seriously, if Zack hadn’t allowed me to sample some of your wonderful flavors I was literally going to walk up to the Cigar House and buy a pack of my American Spirits Yellow. I cannot thank you enough! The Blu e-​cigs were just not cutting it for me. Too much charging and literally having to suck in so hard was NOT FUN also not knowing how much was left. I could go on, but no need to. You have changed my whole perspective on vaping. Thank you, thank you! :)

very helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t underestimate Zach, he may be young but he knows his shit. Not stuck on the same ol build, everytime I come in he’s building different styles 1,2,3,4,5 coils, upright or parallel, 2 wrap or 7. Anything that you want. Good selection of juice too. Family owned and operated they are SUPER cool and friendly. Everything is competitively priced. I’m on my way there right now

Stopped by to look for a particular juice that I have not found elsewhere. I ask the gentleman if he carries it and he said no so I proceed to tell him the flavor notes (description) and ask if anything he has matches or is similar… He blankly stares at me and says «here are all the flavors we have… try them and find it» wow… u can’t even help me narrow it down???
Then he looks at my vape and keeps insisting that I buy a huge mod (not my style I don’t like them) I let him know I’m happy with my eGoC’s and I didn’t want the huge mods because I’ve tried them and don’t like them. He starts to trash my vape and yell me how antiquated it is (if it’s so antiquated why do you sell similar ones?) I was really turned off by the lack if help and in the insults just to sell something bigger and higher priced than what I even came for.
I ended up not tasting any juice and leaving. Oh well…

Just because one person posts a bad review, that shouldn’t sway potential customers from enjoying a truly amazing (and knowledgeable) experience in an atmosphere that is not only fun and unintimidating, but informative for the beginner as well.
I have been frequenting this store since I quit smoking months ago (thanks to Kim, the owner). Thank goodness I found her! Since that time, I have been to several Vape shops across Los Angeles. Nothing compares.
I have always referred anyone new to vaping to this place for its professionalism, quality, and its unhurried atmosphere. They will always take the time to explain everything you need to know, and allow you to sample their entire inventory.
I say, if you want to «take your money elsewhere» go ahead… you’ll be back. There’s just nothing out there that even comes close to this place.

I don’t know about the «bad experience» one reviewer had, but I will say that the owner here truly cares about her customers… she has a really big heart, and she often times goes above and beyond.
We are all still learning about all the ins out of the vaping world, and not everyone is going to agree with everything. I’ve had my own disagreement once, but it never stopped me from going there and getting what I want locally. And it’s not the products so much that keeps me coming back, it’s because you aren’t just doing business there… you also visit with really caring friends. Kim… keep being who you are, you are truly a blessing, and I thank you for your Friendship!
