Horrible experience usually I’ll come her to sit in the bar area to watch sports or have a drink with a friend tonight I decided to sit in the dinning area(horrible mistake) they sat us quickly and then let me and my g.f. sit there for over 30 min without even taking a drink order a server didn’t come to our table I couldn’t believe it even though there were about 3 servers around not one came to our table so we got up and left I will never come back to this chili’s and will make sure to tell everyone about this experience to make sure they don’t have to experience what I did!

AMAZING service. Brianna is a star server. Everything was cooked perfectly. Prompt service even on a Sunday night! This location is slways amazing. We have 2 kids and they even made special ice cream orders for them! Best experience in a restaurant yet.

We get the unlimited soup and salad for lunch and sit in the bar. The food is ok and it seems like a good deal but the service is really slow. Like really, really slow. And more than once there was an extra charge for a dollar or two on our bill that was hard to catch. We’ve tried sitting in different locations and had different servers but the outcome has been the same: lousy service and they tried to rip us off.

Let me start by saying, I was unprepared for a night like this, I just managed to win a mini golf game with a score of 49, coming off a win like that I knew I was in for one helluva ride. We got here and we’re told it would be 30 minutes, not to bad really. Meanwhile one hour later were still waiting, good thing my son had his iPad so I could watch Frozen for the 97th time today. After Elsa belts out that sick ass solo in her ice castle we get seated, so here I am, in the thick of it, eager to order a frosty and tantalizing beer. It comes, ten minutes after everyone gets there drinks. We order, I get the carnitas tacos and a cup of baked potato soup, soup was room temperature with more chive onions than you’d ever need. Carnitas taco were decent but not boner worthy. Now here’s where shit hits the fan, this mofo never even came to ask me if I wanted another beer!!! Wtf is wrong with you bro, i need a minimum of three beers per outing! The thing that gets me most on service isn’t the timely manner of the food, it’s drinks! The one thing the server has a control over, not to mention the person the bring me a fresh and frosty brew wasn’t even my server just someone who noticed a desperate man in need. Seriously bring an iPad for your visit here, it’ll give you more attention than the workers!

We were told the wait for a table would be 30 Minutes. One hour later we were seated. Our server was pretty timely in taking our order, but then disappeared from sight. We finished our drinks and would have loved refills, especially another milk for our two year old. Food was so, so but maybe it was the fact that we had been there an hour and forty minutes before the food arrived. Not coming back

Slow to take our order, appetizer of queso was greasy and cold. 45 minutes after we were seated, finally got the«meal». My daughter’s chicken nuggets were greasy & soggy. Worst Chili’s experience I have ever had.

I think we waited about 20 minutes for our order which was a full rack of baby back ribs. We stopped and asked the server, «How much longer?» And she replied, «I just looked in on the kitchen and your order was not ready. I’m sorry.» Then 4 seconds later, a different server gave us our food. We then noticed that our food was cold. How could it not be ready yet but yet it was cold? That means that our food was just sitting around. Service was horrible, food was cold and didn’t taste that great. We complained to the kid manager and he told us that he gave us a discount… Um, $ 2.00 discount. Thanks. You’ve been warned about going here so go on your own accord. I will not be returning to Chilis at all or at least this Chilis!

My preggy wife and I went here late on 10/25/2015, 9:30PM for our 10 yr anniversary. This was our first time coming in to this restaurant thinking we may try a new place for the occasion. We ordered the Sta Fe Salad, Full Rack of ribs, and ice cream brownie desert. The salad was great, but we Initially received an old batch of ribs, which was dry on the inside, and the meat was very hard — even harder than of a beef jerky and felt like I was eating hard foil. My wife at first did not want to complain about it thinking it may ruin the night and she’s already hungry. We’ll, we are basically ribs lovers and been to many ribs places, and I just could not stand receiving such kind of food for our hard earned money. Half way eating, I gave in and finally told the wait staff about the issue. He commented it looks hard as a beef jerky and quickly asked the back to have it replaced with a new batch. We waited a bit and received the new full rack of ribs, and it was as delish as it should be, soft, moist, and falls off the bone. The manager that night confirmed our satisfaction on the new ribs and even took the desert charge off our bill. Thanks to the staff and management that night! You folks definitely redeemed yourselves.

The waiter was about as excited to be serving us as I would be getting a root canal. I had a half rack of ribs with loaded mashed potatoes. The potatoes were luke warm at best. Totally disappointed with this experience. Not sure I’ll be back.

Food was ehh. I mean its bar food what do you expect. The quesadilla wasn’t even really a quesadilla more like a sandwich with frozen chicken strips that have just been heated. Our waiter was very MIA for 90% of the time. It was really annoying we had to bother the waitress from the table next to us to help us out. Their workers should definitely learn not to eat in front of the customers or have private conversations in front of the customers as well. Heard some things I wish I didn’t. I mean isn’t that part of the reason why there is a break room. My favorite part was the brownie Oreo dessert. The fajitas were actually suprisingly not so bad.

Been coming here for my Chilies fix, but the third time of waiting stupidly by the entrance with no one to seat us was the breaking point. Practically empty seating but nope employees rather talk to each other than seat customers.

We had an excellent meal in a friendly and efficient restaurant. It’s a great place for a first date or to bring your wife. The atmosphere is upbeat with comfortable booths and table seating. You could sit at the bar for your meal too. Wall mounted TV screens are everywhere to watch sporting events. My family and I came in for an early dinner. My daughter ordered the Margarito grilled chicken breast topped with pico de gallo sauce, served with rice & black beans($ 11.49). My wife had the ½ rack of baby back ribs with fries($ 10.79). I chose the classic rib eye thick-cut steak topped with garlic butter, served with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli($ 17.19). To satisfy my sweet tooth and share(not!), I demanded, I mean politely asked our nice server for the skillet toffee fudge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce & toffee pieces($ 7.19). Overall, we really enjoyed our meals and our time at Chili’s Bar & Grill in La Habra.

What we’ve come to expect from a decent chilis. My one and only complaint was it took about 10 minutes for our waiter to finally come greet us and take our drink orders.

Strange experience for my first ever visit. Immediately, upon walking in, there was no one to greet customers. There were no signs posted whether to seat yourself or to wait to be seated. Finally, after nearly 10 minutes, I was led to a table. Service was incredulously labored. And I couldn’t figure out why. It didn’t appear to be that busy. There were plenty of empty tables… But it easily took about 15 minutes just to get a simple refill of diet coke. I did end up leaving a tip. But, probably not as much as I customarily would have had the level of service been in the acceptable range. There is a ziosk present at the table. But, unlike other restaurants that utilize them, you cannot order from them. The only convenience offered is that of paying your bill… Again, a little strange. Three stars for this establishment is probably a generous rating!

— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – ESSENTIALTIPS&EXECUTIVESUMMARY: — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – # Overpriced for okay and borderline mediocre food unless you visit with a coupon or get one of their specials. For example, I think their 2 for $ 20 is a good deal for average food. So… I’d steer away from ordering from the regular menu or else you’ll pay too much for what you get. # The only time you should visit is for happy hour, for quick snack or lunch. And again you should aim to order from their lunch specials or bring a gift card /coupon you got. # Every time I’ve been here, I had an okay experience since I ordered from the deals, but my latest visit here has convinced me to tip the scale to 2 stars. # If you’re into craft beers, don’t bother coming here. This Chili’s only had an Angel City’s Pilsner and the rest were domestic or fake craft. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – MYEXPERIENCE: — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Since I don’t remember the other visits because they were nothing special, I’ll talk about my last appearance here that sealed my rating for Chili’s La Habra. I seated myself at the bar to get a beer and dinner and to start, the bartender wasn’t very hospitable. There were a handful of patrons at the bar however none were asking requests from her. I sat there, waiting for her to acknowledge me for 5 – 10 minutes. Finally after what felt like an eternity and wondering what the hell she was doing just walking around her little square and fumbling around with glasses and bottles, she says hi and If I wanted to get a drink. I asked her what kind of craft beer Chili’s had and she said Angel City. Just knowing that the brew is Angel City doesn’t really tell me much since they make a variety of styles. As I was in the middle of asking her what type of beer, she had already turned around and left. Really? After another few minutes that felt like an eternity, I just watched her at the other end of the bar as she chatted with co-workers and did mundane tasks like washing glasses. I wasn’t sure why she made washing glasses a priority. She had no sense of urgency or interest in providing great service. Finally, she came back and I ordered some fajitas and got the answer to my beer question, an Angel City Pilsner. Thanks. She asked me what I what kind of dressing I wanted on my salad then asked if I wanted to add rice and beans for $.99. I declined the second part. After I finally received my chicken and shrimp fajitas, I realized Chili’s isn’t really competitive anymore. I can tell that the grilled chicken strips were uniform and pre-cut since they bought it like that from the food distributor. The shrimp were small, but at least they tasted fine. The fajitas came with a metal sauce cup holder with various condiments such as guac, salsa, and sour cream. The sauce cups were tiny and were barely enough to cover 2 tacos. It annoys me when the amount of guacamole I get is that small. The final blow to my dinner is when I received my check. I noticed that there was a $ 3.29 charge for my salad so before paying I told her«I thought the salad was a part of the meal.» Her response wasn’t a kind, «No, sorry about that», but a curt«No.» It was her delivery that was key. You know how when you’re explaining something obvious to a dumb someone who’s not getting it and after he asks you a question, you reply«No» by making an large o-shape with your entire face. That was the delivery. I thought it was corporate procedure to explain any supplemental dishes clearly to the customer so they know it’s extra. Asking me what dressing I want on my salad implies that the salad comes with the entrée, especially when you ask me if I want to pay $ 0.99 for rice & beans. Yeah, she should have clarified that with me when the salad was $ 3.29. I’m normally a guy that fights these things, but I didn’t feel like arguing. I had enough with her. I paid $ 25.03 with tax and tip for my dinner and one beer. $ 13.99 with the fajitas with shrimp upgrade, $ 5.79 for the Angel City Pilsner(which is a good price), and $ 3.29 for my unauthorized salad. Hello Chase? I’d like to report an unauthorized salad on my card. No, seriously I did let it go, but maybe I should put a fraud alert.

Super slow service, started out bad when the server says«wish I wasn’t working today» you would think for a Monday«holiday weekend Chili’s would gear up and expect a rush at lunch time, being everyone is off work. This is not the first time getting bad service here, don’t know why I keep putting my self thru this misery. #badservicealert

It has been many years since we have been to a Chilis. I remember hanging out at the Chilis(Located in BPD) watching games whilst the Mrs was shopping. We went here couple of weekends ago as we wanted to try something different. We ordered the following: Mango-Chile Chicken Crispy Chicken Crispers Texas Cheese Fries Mango Margarita w/a shot of Don Julio. Total with Tax and Tip came to $ 46.82 Pros: 1) Margarita was very good. 2) Portions were generous. 3) Service was good. 4) Electronic checkout concept is good.(+1) Cons: 1) No dinner item stood out.(–1) 2) Appetizers were too dry.
