They had a million burger give away the other day! Staff is friendly and burger was awesome.

Get ready to spend 20+ minutes at the drive thru even though the place is empty!!! Three of the most incompetent people were working there today. One had to be told four times that I wanted medium fries! Jesus Christ!!! And they want minimum wage raised to $ 15.00!!! Seriously?! With service like this, minimum wage should be kept where it’s at or lowered!!!

Gross management rude employees sorry you’re all so bitter they express it through the nasty food don’t eat here

So angry!!! My sister has been a vegetarian for fora year!!! And she ate their «soy» tacos that aren’t real soy!!!
You guys are a disgrace! How can you lie to the public???
I’m going to complain to the coorporate office, I doubt they will care but so be it! !!

Whoever the cashier lady was this morning was great! She smiled the whole time and was so friendly. Very few workers do this at 8AM so I think this deserves a good review!
PS. My tacos were awesomeeeee

My friend and I were hungry so we stopped by. The lady that attended us was nice and sweet. Quick and friendly service. The whole restaurant, including the Mens restroom was clean. Parking lot as well.

Waited at counter over five minutes before the person sweeping floor behind counter noticed me. That person informed some worker in back that finally came to take my order. I bought two shakes for myself and my daughter but was not given any straws, nor informed where to find any. The building is old and run down. Staff more interested in whatever is happening in back then being at front counter. As soon as given order the staff person left counter and walked to back again. The person sweeping floor left while my order being filled. Never saw anyone sweep customer area and it needed it. Couple of different people sitting in booths so I didn’t stay inside because it is unsafe with no staff visible.

The wait took so long! But the food was cooked very well and the worker was nice she apologized for the long wait and everything

Never go inside this place it is never clean. The building is completely outdated and the bathrooms are awful. The inside looks like the ceiling is going to cave in at any moment. There service is just okay. The staff is always filled with new faces which means that people get hired and quit; not a good sign for management. The one problem I have with this chain is the ordering process. It’s like no matter what I order I’m asked to pull to the side and wait for 10 minutes for my food. The last time I was here I had to wait for my order in the parking lot at night (not very safe) and when I finally got my meal and went home, my order was wrong. I waited 10 minutes for someone else’s food.

My friends and I have had repeated issues with this location regarding it’s product and lack of service! On more than one occasion we’ve contacted corporate and received coupons for doing so. Has this location improved? — No it has not!
I figured that corporate had had enough of our griping so I decided to bring the issue to the public’s attention via Unilocal.
Last week, on 03÷01÷04 at 10:16 AM we did the drive through bit and ordered a «Big Cheeseburger» and wound up with a breakfast sandwich! And then there was the Breakfast Croissant that arrived with an egg that had (and I’m not kidding here) a green tint to it and was later discarded by my friend.
The final order item was was a sourdough breakfast sandwich that was stone cold!
Logic dictates that at this location that you go through your order with a fine tooth comb before leaving the premises!
To add insult to injury, my friend, who was driving was handed the change to his order which Josefina dropped into his hand with the majority spilling onto the ground as she turned and left!
My friend opened the door and discovered nearly 2.00 in spilled change in the immediate area! Makes you wonder how many other times this has happened and will continue to happen in the future!
This location needs an enema!

My problem with this Jack in the box is not related to the food. Pretty standard jack in the box food. I drive through this location maybe once a month and every other time I end up with an incorrect order. I know they ask you if you your order is correct on the screen but honestly its hard to know sometimes. Make sure you double check your bag before you drive off!

This place cannot bring any complaints– those two tacos for .99 $ for the last like 25 years of my life have been so consistent in their consistency– not that I had any tonight, but when I think Jack thats what I think of– my kids on the other hand think of whatever shake or float they have just seen a commercial for…
the coffee was hot, but not that good– location is a decent walk from my Apt and it forces the kids to move their feet a little.

I don’t really care for this Jack in the Box. It’s pretty dated, the bathroom are disgusting ever single time I’ve been in them, like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks. I’d go through the drive-​thru instead of dining inside.

Just your average Jack in the Crack here. Nothing good or bad about this location, except that it looks a little dated.

Who would have thought to try Churros at Jack in the Box? They are AMAZINGLY great! So warm and filled with caramel. These are WAY better than Churrolandia in Whittier and soooooooooooooo cheap! You really must try these if you are a fan of churros.
