48 Hour Inspection & Appraisal

We had an appraisal done by this company recently. The appraiser that was sent out (Paul Zetts) was in a hurry and didn’t listen to anything that I had to say to him. I informed him about specific upgrades done to the home, and none of this information actually made it to his final report.
Upon review of his final appraisal, I found his market analysis and choice of comparable sales to be very amateur. This resulted in an appraisal value that came back more than $ 75,000 below actual market value. Paul has only had his license for just under two years now, and it shows.
If you have any choice in the appraisal process, do yourself a favor and specifically request ANY company but this one. My message to 48-​Hour Inspection & Appraisal: Get rid of Paul. He’s making your company look bad.

Bad service, bad appraisals. Used bad comps. Agent who visted the home was not friendly. The number they created was $ 11,000 less than the tax assesment which was fought hard to bring down. Do not do business with this company.
