In particular, I really appreciated Justin’s knowledge from the general contracting side — he is a licensed GC as well. It was very helpful to hear how he thought houses could be improved and what the cost and return on investment would look like. I also found Justin to be very professional and responsive, and proactive in talking with the seller’s agent as we got nearer the close. Justin also introduced us to a mortgage broker — and this broker ended up getting us the most competitive loan after some shopping around. Most of all — Justin pointed us to a house that we would not have otherwise considered, and we love living in it. so overall, very positive.

Justin is more than just a real estate agent, he is a true professional who is an expert on the San Diego, La Jolla, market. He was able to sell our La Jolla home for more than we were asking, in a challenging market. He really exceeded our expectations and we will continue to refer him to friends and family.
