Had scopes performed on ²⁄₂₁. All the way up to, and including, the procedures very professionally handled. From that point on, total lack of professionalism on the part of this doctor and staff.
Biopsies taken during procedures and have waited for almost a month for results. Lab reported back to them three days after procedure, yet I was told they «just got the results». Have had to make repeated phone calls with only voicemail available at their office. Still no results.
Would highly recommend this doctor get some training in customer relations and procedural management for this staff.

This doctor has a very good reputation. I had an excellent experience with first his PA in his office and then the entire staff today during my procedure were great.
Not that you want to go to a Gastroenterologist on a regular basis, but if you must go to one I suggest Dr. Goldklang at 700 GARDEN VIEW CT # 102, Encinitas
