Really great guys here. The owner, Victor, is one of the nicest and most honest people I’ve worked with. The line of cars waiting to be serviced should give you an indication of how much people trust these guys. You can tell a lot of people use them again and again. The whole team seems like they’ve been doing body work their whole lives, and that they have seen whatever issue you have a thousand times and know exactly how to get you in and out as fast and affordably as possible.
This place is right next door to Bolt Brewery, and I’ve even seen the owner Victor offer to take his customers over and buy them a beer while they wait. Super great, down to earth guys, who know what they’re doing, and do it well.

Fantastic! The true test of a paint job is not how it looks when first done. They ALL look good initially. It’s how well it stands up over time. A full year after Affordable painted my Lexus it still looks like new. & the car is not garaged! It’s shiny and has not peeled or faded anywhere. + The price was very good too! Because of the price & quality I’m going to have them do my Toyota truck as well. Just dropped it off!

I’m one of those — IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS — I would! These guys/​brothers & crew SUCK!!! They originally «seemed» great (customer service, seemed honest with the quote & part purchases) — until the work was finished. Jesse & Victor have smelled too much paint!!! Not only was the work TERRIBLE — regardless of how affordable — they then did further damage to my car! There were «paint drips» — each time I took it back for a «repaint/​fix» of their work. They over sprayed my WINDOWS — and took «STEEL WOOL» to my side mirrors to remove the overspray that «wasn’t» there — it was on my windows and other parts of my car. Can you guess what the steel wool did to my mirrors??? IT scratched them!!! HELLO!!! I ended up telling them to leave my car alone and to either refund a portion of my money to replace my mirrors or I would sue. I gave them 30 days to comply — and of course, they waited until the 30^th day to pay me in a personal check that wasn’t even from either of them! THANK GOODNESS the check didn’t bounce!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT. NOT AFFORDABLE by any means!!! OH, and had one of their «cronies» or «cheap-​help» tell me if I wanted it done by a professional, I should have gone to one!!! Told me this AFTER he sat & told me he doesn’t work — his wife supports him — and he just «visits» the body shop daily!!! Seriously! And SERIOUSLY — DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! NOT AFFORDABLE!!!

These guys do awesome work and give fair prices!
They told me they’d beat any estimate and when they were able to work with me and paint my vintage VW to showroom quality I was ecstatic!

If I could give it a zero I would this place is a HUGE scam ! They don’t do the work they promise the work around it ! The manager/​owner is so rude he tried fighting my bf he was in his face yelling super unprofessional worst place I been they said they fixed my lip on my car but it only lasted 2 days before it fell off again they are the worst place I’ve been for repairs and service ! Never again there not even under BBB big and huge mistake coming here huge rip off.

rip off alert !!! horrible ! awful ! terrible ! unprofessional this guy Jessee is a real piece of crap he got me to bring him my car then got aggressive like he wanted to fight with me when i pointed out to him all the flaws on the job he basically left scratches mixed colors left crooked lines and confronted me by saying «oh you want a perfect paint job for the money your paying? «he is the one that set the price which was not negotiatied by the way thats what he advertises what other kind of paint job is there? he then admitted to kicking my car do not ever do business with this horrible person /​rip off !

Lowest estimate by far. Work was done quickly and expertly (front and rear bumpers 2004 Scion xB). Great value in my mind, plus I enjoyed working with these folks! I was referred by someone else I trust. It worked out great and I would absolutely refer them!

I had my paint job done on my truck over 3 years ago so I have had some time to see how this paint stands up. The customer service was excellent. Any imperfections that were present when I first picked up were graciously fixed without a blink.
I even scratched the paint (my fault!) and they helped me with touch up paint. This place has a much more personal feel.
My favorite part was, before I even booked my appointment, the owner gave me a tour through the shop to look at their current projects and facilities. That is a level of transparency I have not seen anywhere else.
My truck is an off-​road vehicle so I will be having Affordable Paint & Body do my fiberglass and any other paint jobs I need since this truck is meant to have fun!
I almost forgot to mention I have referred a couple friends here (most notably a classic Chevy Nova) and they received excellent paint jobs as well!

Brought my van to be painted there. They caved in the roof and pushed it up so I did not notice till I heard banging from the roof 2 days later. Brought it back. They never looked at it just denied doing it. I could not prove it in court, they lied like crazy. The chrome was scratched from sanding, the tires have paint on them, the body work has pits. They had left the window down while sanding — what a mess. The place was a nightmare!

I had a really wonderful experience here. Jessi, the owner is terrific. I had damage to the side of my car after a friend accidentally ran into it parking. Not wanting her to pay through the nose being the good friend I am, I shopped around for prices to repaint. Most places wanted $ 1000 plus. When I was in San Diego I got recommendation for this place. Jessi quoted me $ 300 and said it will take 3 – 4 days to dry. He ordered the unusual cream color paint that my car is with no problems. Did a great job. And he even gave me the can of paint after so I can do small touch ups myself in the future. I was impressed that not only he repainted what was needed he also repainted my whole bumper no extra cost.

Had my car painted there in August and it was the worst work I’ve ever had done. Left the car for 9 days so they could take their time with prep and the only got to prepping it on day 7. Paint came out reasonably well, but the prep sucks. Sander scratches on most of the exterior trim chrome and sander scratches in windshield and back window. Car returned filthy inside with dusty footprints on the rear seat where the stood to reach roof during prep. Asked them to detail it and all they did was wash it. Has rubber floor mats inside and they turned them over rather than cleaning them. Jess the owner kept blaming a crew that he fired for the shoddy work, but he did nothing himself to make it better. Go somewhere else for your paint needs.
