I love talking to Jaymie at Allpro! She is so knowledgeable about pool cleaners and she gave me what I needed to get rid of mustard algae.
Because of her we asked about pool heaters when we needed a new one. We learned even more when Tom came out. He was happy to answer any questions and the same goes for Josh when he came to install the new heater. A highly skilled group of people. Josh also took care of the filter leak we had and changed the pool light! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience. I hired All Pro for monthly pool maintenance back in May 2014. In summary, the bill I was sent was around $ 200 over what I was originally quoted. They also forgot to come by one week and my pool turned green– I wanted a swimmable pool for the holiday weekend and it was absolutely not. I sent emails with pics attached stating that I was unhappy and wanted to discuss the matter further. No one ever responded to my emails or called me back, and I contacted them multiple times! Obviously I cancelled my service and went with another company.
Awful customer service and zero communication. After I finally reached someone, I was told I would get a call back to discuss and I never heard from this company until September 2014– 5 months after I had been calling and emailing for weeks! The person in charge, Tom, told me he was «too busy» to call me back over the course of 5 months. I stated I would only pay the charges I agreed to, expected a discount for the terrible customer service, and the fact that they forgot to come out to my house and my pool turned green– Again, I never heard back from All Pro until November when I was told someone «tried calling me» and left «multiple voicemails» but I magically never got them. Actually, I specifically asked to me contacted in writing so I could have everything documented and I have yet to receive ANY email communication from them. Last communication from them was in December when I received a copy of my original bill in dispute, no discount, no apology, no explanation, no nothing.
How ridiculous is the fact that I’M the one trying to settle the bill to have this ordeal over and done with and no one will contact me back?! I could go into further detail about the terrible business acumen displayed by this company, but for times sake I’ll keep it simple. If I could rate my experience with zero stars, I would.

This is the only pool store I will go to. Jaymie is so smart and helpful. She really knows her stuff when it comes to pumps, cleaners and the quality of our pool water (what chemicals to purchase). The BEST customer service ever!
