Warned my boyfriend not to go here, and they completely damaged the rim of his nice car.
The motto of this business should be «this is why we can’t have nice things»
If your car is worth more than a dollar, go somewhere else!

Got the $ 20.99 wash, and they didnt even vaccum the whole interior nor they cleaned my center console, might be the worst 20 dlls i have spent on a car wash, have to at least give one star because the staff is friendly… not coming back…

The bottom of my car below the doors on the passenger side were still totally dirty. Wheels also weren’t clean. They are just too busy on the weekend to do a thorough job

I’ve been coming here for about 6 years now and have been pretty happy. There have been some small things here and there once In a while but overall they’ve been pretty good. Until today. I drive a Jeep SRT and the rims are very expensive, plus I had mine powder coated black. Once my truck was done I drove to a taco shop and when I got out I saw the damage. My girlfriend’s also drives a 300 Srt and they damaged her driver side mirror. Needless to say I will never be returning. Word of advice to anyone with a nice car beware there’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance your car will be broken in some way upon return.

I feel like their quality in service has severely decreased over the years. I’m pretty disappointed in the last car wash I received. It’s was like they just wiped the interior down with a dry rag. They did not remove the trash from the cup holders and did not wipe them down, the dash still looked dirty and I still has dirt on the windshield. I think it’s time to find a new place!

These guys are seriously the best bang for buck. They never disappoint me with the quality of work they do. I always get the Royal Pacific package which is hand wash and dry, interior vacuum, leather dressing, tire dressing, clean windows, clean vinyl and clean door jams. They never miss a spot and my cars always leave looking better than new. Customer for life.

I continue to take my car here because I am satisfied with their service and my car is always nice and clean afterwards. But today, I specifically asked if the vacuum guys could get my trunk also, which one guy said he would. But it’s a good thing I was watching before they took it through the wash. I pulled the lever to unlock to open the trunk, and noticed they didn’t get to it and drove it to the wash. I had to go back outside to remind them. They had already got some of my car wet, and it probably would have got inside my trunk if I didn’t catch it. I understand it gets busy here and I’ve waited for an hour before with no complaints, but still not an excuse to rush your work.

Best car wash by far! My husband and I have been coming here for five years now. I’ve had my seats and mats cleaned here, regular car washes and oil changes. They have a huge selection of greeting cards to look at inside if you get bored or plenty of seating outside while you wait. Love bringing my car here to get washed!

Took my husband’s F150 here today on a whim, trying to get the vehicle cleaned up in honor of his birthday. I was very pleasantly surprised! They washed, waxed, buffed the outside, vacuumed&wiped down the interior, dressed the wheels and I only paid $ 44.99. Great people, great service
Kinda crowded, but what can you expect from a good car wash on a sunny Friday afternoon?

I have gone here for years. It is always a three star experience, nothing exceptional. You drive in and pick from a menu of services. A simple car wash is priced from $ 15 up to $ 45 which includes waxing. A modest discount is given for seniors and military. They vacuum inside, use an automated pull through wash and then hand finish. A waiting area with benches is in the front area where you can watch. When ready they wave you over, collect the slip of paper you where given when you paid and off you go. I suggest you at least walk around the car and check. Point out any spots they missed. They will quickly correct the oversight. Detailing costs more. A large menu of items and combinations are available priced from about $ 50 to $ 150. A tip jar is provided in the waiting area.

My car was great when they got done with it! I have four dogs I tore to and from the dog park on a daily basis! My poor Prius was FULL of dog hair, dog park sand and drool!
I was very happy with how clean they managed to get the interior of my car! Well with the $ 45 bucks! I will definitely be back.

The new car has already been washed more times in the past month than our old car was washed in the last few years of its life with us. Neither of us want the shine to fade!
We wanted a full-​service car wash. We needed them to get in the interior to clear out the dog hair, and then to undo the damage that the week-​long storm had wreaked on us.
The service is quick and efficient. I’ll give them this: they move people though with a quickness. However, I wouldn’t hate it if they sacrificed some of that quickness to provide a bit more attention to detail.
The interior had quite a bit of dog hair left on the seats. The mirrors hadn’t been fully wiped down, and the one spot on the taillight that a bird had pooped on still had bird poop remnants on it when they raised their arm to indicate the vehicle was finished.
We’ll probably go back once more, to see how the car fares the second time around. Here’s hoping the second time gives us better results.

I paid $ 44.99 and although my car looked very shiny and clean, I noticed window streaks, after I left, ugh!

Aqua Clean is the best car wash near to where we live. They do a good job and it’s always a busy place which is a good sign I suppose. I tend to go about 9:00AM on weekdays to avoid the morning rush, but it’s usually about a 20 – 30 minute wait to get served and to wait for my car. I usually get the Blue Atlantic which according to them entails the following: «Full Service Hand Car Wash with Triple Foaming Rainbow Conditioner and Clear coat Paint Sealant & Double Bond with Teflon. Wheel Magic Wheel Cleaner, Tires Dressed and a spritz of air freshener». This is priced at a cool $ 24.99 and looks much better in print than what you actually get. The interior cleaning is never thorough and the exterior is done hurriedly. They do a nice job with the tires and rims. Oh, and I always skip the air freshener. The prices here have gone up markedly over the years. I remember paying $ 14.99 for the Blue Atlantic. Still, if I did this myself it would take me hours and I just don’t have the time or inclination. I would like to add the employees working on the cars are hard working and always polite.

All in all I think its a good value but could be better. especially if you come on an off-​time to skip the line.
Don’t come on a Saturday past 8:30AM or else you might spend 20 – 30 minutes waiting for your car. It’s that busy.
Also prices went up $ 1 over last year on all washes.
Service has been alright. They do a good job vacuuming and cleaning the big noticeable stuff on the outside. The biggest thing I notice not completely done is the air-​drying of the rear view mirrors. Usually I hop on the freeway right after a wash where residual water droplets come sprinkling out of the crevices to leave streaks on my car. Also once they accidentally clicked on my windshield wipers so as soon as I started up the car it streaked the window.
Little things are missed here and there which I understand with the amount of cars they are trying to churn through. But to miss the little things when I’m the 3^rd car through the wash in the morning? Still room for improvement.

They do go a good job and I come here because they’re the closest place to home, but for a simple interior and exterior clean it always takes at least 90 minutes and sometimes more than 2 hours. The vast majority of that time is spent with me waiting there staring at the car waiting for them to even start working on it.

The employees here work SO hard!!! They always make sure to handle my vehicle as specially requested, particularly Benjamin whose work ethic really impresses me.
The Blue Atlantic wash is truly the way to go.

I wish Aqua Clean would open another location a little closer to my area. I would probably go every few weeks because it’s that awesome and inexpensive.
For $ 13.00 I can get my car vacuumed, washed, hand dried, the interior console hand wiped, and the windows hand wiped clean. It’s a fantastic deal. And they are FAST. I went this morning with a line onto the street, but was still out within an hour.
I’ve also had the detailing packages in the past, which are a fantastic deal for only $ 40 – 50 dollars. Those packages take a little while longer, but are definitely worth it if your car is crying for some care.

They do a good job here! I wish they had one of these locations in Mission Valley. I used the $ 5 off detail for checking in on Unilocal.The friendly cashier lady tells me to look at their website because they have coupons too. Sunday was a bit busy but nothing over the top.
They cleaned my car and put paper mats while my mats were in the truck. Wish they would have mentioned it. And also after I had my car washed I started noticing spiders in my car. Maybe they were hidden in the paper mats. I know most people would get mad and give them less stars but they did a good job on the car. And I can’t be for certain it was the paper mats that brought the spiders. A week later the car still looks and smells clean.

I live right up the street from this car wash, there is always a line of cars and they are always busy. I doubt they are always busy because of their quality and service though, I think there is always a line because this is the only car wash in the area…
This is my third time here, every time I have had the same piss poor results. I gave them three chances, and this was the last. I watch them while they are «drying» my car, so I see what is going on exactly. I don’t know what magical lottery I need to win to get the same service other cars here seem to get that I am not getting, (even when I know I have the same «ordered car wash package» as one before me, because I asked them. Each time I see my car being dried «half-​ass». I literally watch them only dry half of my car. They don’t speak any English so I usually have to take out my own dry towels and dry MY OWN CAR in front of them. They only spray dry half my car as well. It looks like complete shit when it’s done.
I was considering getting my car detailed here, but after the lazyness they show me again and again on a full packaged car wash, why the hell would I pay them more money to half ass a detail.
Don’t go here.
