You’re an idiot if you decide to utilize another shipping agency. This woman is one the most caring, professional women I’ve ever met. She treats you like a royalty is very personable. The prices are more than fair and she goes above and beyond to ensure it gets to its destination on time. My wife and I only use her for shipping and I even bring our dog Deacon sometimes… She’s the best!

Great neighborhood shipping spot. Very customer oriented & Dani goes above & beyond to take of her customers. She knows all the regulars on a first name basis. I’ve always had great service here and would highly recommend!

I trust this place completely! I ship many valuable items to clients and the owner Dani always gives me friendly and safe service. She makes her drivers bacon every single day, so her place smells like cozy Saturday mornings. The owner has also become somewhat of my hero, her positivity is infectious!

Dani was absolutely amazing. She packed up a lot of my mother’s plates, knick-​knacks and memorabilia that I wanted to have in my house in Massachusetts after her passing. It all arrived on time, when she said it would… and was lovingly packed and in perfect condition! I’ll be sending a few more things East soon.

I love this place! Everyone is always so polite, helpful, and so welcoming! I live by TWO if not more mail places but I drive out of my way to She’s the Shipper because not only do I love seeing everyone but trust them with my mail and they reassure me with any questions I have! Dani is awesome! Every time I go there I remind myself how lucky I am to live very close to this great shop where I can mail, fax, print, and do so much more shipping related stuff in just few minutes if not seconds (No joke here)!!
Few weeks ago, I had to fax 24 pages Dani looked at me and was like «you are dressed formally and look busy leave them here go o your stuff and come back any time to pay No rush at all» how nice of her! I really was in rush so I left. I called her 30 minutes later and yes she had my confirmation number. Isn’t that amazing?!
Packaging is free. & she’s really the shipper; she knows exactly what she’s doing and she does it accurately and quickly.

I won’t bother going anyplace else for my shipping needs. The owner is friendly, funny, and honest. She has the best rates you can find and I trust her advice she gives when I ship items.
I recently had her help me ship my stepfathers cremated remains. She helped me feel confident and comfortable with doing so. She provided me with a great rate, insurance, tracking, and her word that his remains would arrive safely. She was right…

Been a customer of Dani’s for many years. I’m never unhappy. I recently moved back to CO, and had to ship SEVERAL boxes. She was so helpful in making sure everything got there and helped with a few packaging items.

Great place! I’m very picky about service and Dani is a true professional. I had a package to ship to Canada, an item I sold to a guy on Craigslist. He wanted to contact STS with his info and have Dani pack the item and ship it. Another place wouldn’t do it because they didn’t want to take credit card info over the phone or by email. How else do you do it? Dani got my customer the guaranteed best rate to Canada or Seattle which ever he chose and he was very pleased. Definitely will use again in the future. Even if you live in another part of the city it’s worth the drive.

We have been long-​term mailbox holders and shippers of she’s the shipper– before Danni even owned the place! I want to note that Danni is one of the most professional business owners that I know of. Although she does move «a mile a minute» as noted in another post, she is completely knowledgeable about the shipping industry, the needs of her client and shipping requirements needed for any type of object.
It is unfortunate that the below « Unilocaler» wrote such a crappy review for Danni as it seems like there were some shady things going on with his shipment to begin with. I have shipped antiques, quilts, presents, documents, etc and I have the company that I work for ship things to my mailbox there. Everything is always handled with care and stored professionally and safely. They will even call me if something comes in and I have requested to know.
They know customers by name and always are pleased to see you. I don’t know what more anyone else could want. So, thank you again, Danni and team for your awesome work!

This is a tough review to write because I know how much Danni takes her Unilocal ratings seriously (she told me many times). I had a bad experience here, but was going to let it slide, then something else happened that I couldn’t let slide.
Backtrack to October 2013, I brought two vintage Cadillac dashboards in great condition in for a shipping quote, which Danni politely provided. After getting paid for the dashboards, I brought them down to her for shipment. I paid the $ 394.60 for shipping, handling, and insurance. Danni always seems to go 100 miles a minute so my inner voice told me to be very careful here. She seemed very scattered to me. I explained over and over to her how rare these dashboards are in this condition and that they had to be heavily protected for shipping. I showed her the particular areas that had to be really well protected and she just kept saying over and over, «This is what I do… I’ve never had to file an insurance claim… I’ve got this sir…» Anyway, we went our separate ways and thankfully the dashboards were on their way. Several days later I get a call from the guy who bought the dashboards. He is standing there with the driver and made him open up the box to ensure that it was intact. The two dashboards were completely destroyed. So, I had to immediately refund the money to my buyer and start dealing with Danni for the insurance claim.
When I first mentioned the damage to her she kept saying that there was no way they were damaged. She said the buyer obviously slipped in two broken dashboards and was trying to get some free items at our expense. I explained there was no way to do this when the driver was standing right with him. So I had the buyer send me pictures. I took the pictures down to Danni and she still said that these must not have been the same dashboards… that the buyer was trying to pull a fast one over on us. She refused to listen to reason or accept the pictures. She then said to me, «Thanks to you I have to now file my first claim ever… I’m going to ask you to never ship her again.» So, I left and had to go back to find the pictures I took before the dash was shipped and show her the before and after pics by looking at unique features on the dashes (marks, lettering, etc) so you could see they were the exact same dashes. When I printed and brought both sets of pics down, before and after, she finally accepted that they were the same. From my pictures, she figured out that the shipping company had switched boxes in transit, meaning they must have dropped it. Danni worked with the freight company to get my insurance money back, which I appreciated.
Two months later and a lot of going back and forth between Danni and the freight company, I finally got my money back. I was relieved to have this behind me and to move on. I wanted to Unilocal about it, but decided to let it go. But wait…
Three months after I gave her my credit card and paid for my $ 394.60 shipment, a $ 935 bill shows up on my Visa from She’s the Shipper, in the middle of January. I would have never noticed it if not for the outrageous visa bill that I received that month. I looked at my calendar and realized that I was out of the state when the $ 935 was charged, did not ship anything else with her, and did not authorize any charges on my card. I immediately notified Visa that this was an unauthorized charge. When I reached Danni the next day, she explained that it was indeed a mistake. Her explanation was that some other gentleman’s card number was very close to mine and that she accidentally charged my card, not his. My question is, why is my credit card number still written down somewhere at her store, 3 months after the only time I have ever used her service? I don’t think she did anything maliciously, but to have only shipped with her once and to have my card number held and charged 3 months later for almost $ 1,000 is quite unnerving. I had to notify Visa to block her from any future charges on my card.
I totally understand that my situation was unique, and I respect the fact that everyone loves Danni’s service. I applaud her for getting such high reviews. I also wish her nothing but the best success in business. However, due to two destroyed dashboards, 3 months of headaches, and a $ 935 charge that I would have missed any other month, I had to speak up and tell my story.

Absolutely the best place to ship anything. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Best costumer service you can get hands down. Everyone is extremely friendly, especially the owner. Doesnt get any better than this!

Dani is the very BEST!!! Every time I’ve been in there, she’s been professional yet super personable. She even stayed open late one day to help me get a couple of international packages out. Another time, I’d accidentally left my credit card behind. When I realized it and went back, she handed the card to me the second I walked in. Such integrity is sadly rare these days. Thank you, Dani, for being such an incredible person. If I could give you 10 stars, I would, most gladly!
Dani’s fun, friendly, and really knows her stuff inside out when it comes to shipping. I go I I her every I need something shipped, and she’s taken excellent care of my shipping demands each time.

Best place to ship anything. If you have some weird shaped crate, or some weird huge pallet you need shipped somewhere (seriously no matter how big) she ships it. Danni who owns the place is very friendly and does a good job at making sure she meets the needs of her customers. She’s always looking out for you, doesn’t matter if you need Fedex, DHL, USPS, UPS, she can do it all and CHEAP!
