The Spring Street Trolley Station is your park and ride stop in the area. The station layout is nice, but the problem is that it is isolated from the the rest of the area and so at night, its not the ideal place to be. Even considering that, you will still need to walk a bit to get to wherever you are trying to get to since this actual station is so big with it’s parking area. Overall, I feel this location could have been better off a couple blocks over or at least have the actual stop closer to traffic so you don’t feel so isolated from the actual area.

Lot’s of Parking. Only problem is this station has a lot of problems during the night. During the day your fine. But at night that when all the problems tend to happen.

La Mesa has five Trolley stations. Spring Street is great for park-​and-​ride commuters, since this station has a little under 300 spaces.
There’s some buses here, too.
Connections: Metropolitan Transit System lines 851 and 855.
