Workout Warriors Bootcamp will motivate, inspire and educate our members to live healthy lifestyles by providing the most innovative, structured, affordable fitness program possible.
Our aim is for every member to reach and surpass their fitness goals as quickly, safely and effectively as possible, and have a great time doing it! Each bootcamp will target many different areas including, cardiovascular endurance, strength training, speed and agility, core strength, and balance. We will challenge your physical and mental limits!
We encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to come and be the best that they can be.

Ryan S.
Business Owner
Ryan «Coach» Slade has worked as a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor since 2008. Ryan’s goal as a fitness trainer has always been to push his clients to their fullest potential while instilling a true love for health and fitness. His own passion for health and fitness has given him the innate ability to keep his clients motivated and striving to reach their goals.
Ryan is known for his exercise innovation and variety. By keeping each workout unpredictable and fun, clients are always left challenged and craving more.
Ryan has earned a training certification with the American College of Sports Medicine, and his educational background includes kinesiology, nutrition and rehabilitation. He is truly one of San Diego’s premier Fitness Trainers.
