Stopped here earlier today for a drink and a cookie. Used the drive though which is convenient when my baby is asleep in the back seat. I’m home now and I just finished my drink only to realize there is a piece of lettuce at the bottom of my cup. I did not have anything with lettuce in it. I’m so grossed out right now! The first time I’ve tried this location. It’s gonna be a while until I go back to any Subway =/

This place delivers! I have been using their delivery service for about 6 months now and it is Great! Food is about an 8 out of 10 but the service is 10 out of 10 the owner is very nice. Small note: The soup always arrives Hot.

Only good thing about this location is the drive thru option but it’s definitely not worth it. Takes forever to get your order. Came home took a few bites of my sub and choked on what looks like a cut off corner of a plastic bag. Maybe what they keep the guacamole in? Never coming back here, so disappointed.

This subway has a drive thru which I had to come and check out for myself. There were no cars in front of me. I placed my order and it took 15 minutes to get my food. The cashier asked me to repeat my order 5x which was a bit excessive. Also… he said he was the owner of the store. He wasnt wearing any gloves but was the nicest person who kept apologizing for taking so long. In a nutshell… not coming back.

If your in a rush don’t go thru there drive thru I waited 20 minutes for my order and it was completely wrong and I had no time to go back because I was on my lunch. Employees hate there job it seems like there rude and don’t even great you was sitting in front of the pick up window for 20 minutes and no one greeted or told me why it was taking so long. Bad experience I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location

As a former asst manager at a subway for 4 years I know how to order sandwiches so using the drive thru I thought would be easy, NOT I had to get off my car because I didn’t want the drive thru girl Selena to get my order wrong. And as I walk in she says to me «you were confusing the heck out of me!» And walked away. Not a Im sorry for the mid communication nothing. Wouldn’t even look at me when the other girl was making my sandwich. Very impolite here need to work on manners ladies as you are helping the customer first hand.

Horrible service. Three girls up front seemed to be more concerned about their conversation than my order. Wasn’t even busy either just my boyfriend and I in line. They didn’t even look at us when they were making my sandwiches. My meal was also poorly made, very sloppy and half assed.
Very disappointed, I’ve had better experiences at this location but it seems they got a new staff.

Walked in to grab quick, inexpensive lunch. Grabbed 6 inch cold cut on wheat with pepperoni, toasted with pepper jack cheese. Southwest sauce spinach, tomatoes, red onion, peperocini, salt and pepper. $ 2.76. Good service.

Subway is Subway… Can’t have high expectations this location is hidden on 7th Avenue and Valley in La Puente. Next to a Burger King and a bunch of Auto Repair shops.
The good thing about this one is the Drive Thru… but watch out! I ordered and they gave me someone else’s order… I had to drive back luckily my office isn’t too far away.
I come here weekly… the staff is pretty pleasant and the owner (I assume it’s the Owner at least) is a very nice guy…
Place is generally clean it’s just one of the smaller Subways because of the location.

Went here today through the drive thru and nobody answered at the ordering spot, so I drove up to the window and couldn’t see anyone inside. I honked my horn a couple times and nothing. I thought that maybe they were closed since it was 10am. Inside looked empty. I drove around and went inside and told them I was waiting in drive thru, the subway employee replied «I know, we couldn’t did the headset» and that was it. I told her I was going to go back around because I had kids in the car. I drive around and I’m greeted with a stare. No greeting no hello, no good morning and not even a «sorry about that». When my order was completed I was handed my food and the window was then shut. Whatever happened to customer service or common courtesy?

There is a Mexican girl name Sylvia is very rude, ask me to pay first before she make the sandwich, she took more than 25 minutes to key into the cashier machine, I just cannot wait anymore, very slow, taking her own sweet time. The best part is she had not make my sandwich after 30 minutes of waiting. There is no customers at all.
When I said I want to cancel my order, she said it is your choice in a very rude way. I don’t think she is the manager there. Not worth having her there, spoil the name of this subway!
How can a company hire this type of workers? Is a disgrace to Subway!

The sandwich I got was a coldcut combo foot long on wheat. The sandwich was good as usual .but the chick who made it had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes, I think she was supposed to get off work and her relief was late .don’t take it out on me girl… lol.

I was coming to this spot pretty frequently for the past few months as part of my diet and I didn’t have a problem with it until recently. Parking sucks and people always double park. You can’t park near the repair shops so I usually just park at Burger King. They also get really busy during lunch hour.
It wasn’t until recently one of my coworkers ate at subway and got food poisoning and ended up at ER… I didn’t really believe her until about a month afterward, I got food poisoning from this place as well. The staff is constantly changing and hiring new people and I feel like they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had a few times where they’ve got my order wrong. I’ve had guys sneeze while preparing my food and continue preparing my sandwich. Disgusting. The only reason I’ve left this place is due to the food quality and the bad service.

Wow Melinda, I’m surprised someone wrote a review about this one particular Subway !! I used to go to this Subway all the time when working at the LA County Sanitation Districts around the corner from this Subway… back in 1996 !!
Parking is very tight which is the number 1 flaw. However, it’s the only decent restaurant in the area. Well, there’s a Burger King next door. But you would have to drive east on Valley Blvd towards Hacienda Heights to get anything else decent.
Must be tough living in Avocado Heights

A conveinent Subway location near all the local businesses in the area. This is a smaller shop located within an auto center, as there are many auto shops within the same complex. Parking can be tight, so you may have to settle for drive-​thru if you’re a regular here.
The staff’s friendly and the sandwiches are fresh. Though I’ve been here about a year before with a negative experience, my most recent visit made me give this location a much better rating. So thanks Subway!
