Subway

I always come in to this subway for lunch and the morning staff I’m assuming, Is really great you can tell they really care about their customers the manager laura is always greeting me with a smile and always very attentive to my needs. The place is always clean and well maintained, since I been coming here for lunch about a month now I really wanted to write a good review because I really believe they deserve it.

I know that subway dosent need a review however, this location is pretty good. Now I have tons of options I can pick from when it comes to sandwich places with Scardinos, togos and Caprioties down the street.
I can dig that they just remodeled this fine establishment. Especially since its in the heart of the ghetto and bumville. They’re always a fair abundance of bums outside asking for change or something!
So its refreshing to come from outside garbage ridding parking lot an, enter a brand new newly redecorated store, makes me feel snooty like in Beverly Hills! And there’s Jarod guy!
Anyway just look at my photos to see how new it looks.
The sandwich artists was amazing she hooked me up. I got the tuna on 9 grain wheat, pickles, tomato, bell peppers, peppercinis, spinage, and a swig of mustard! Pleasantly surprised that she put plenty of fresh product since they are always so stingy!
The 2 girls were really nice got the hook up with digits. I wonder if I should take her to subway on our first date…
Anyway thats how us players roll slow and eazy!

When I usually go to a subway I get minimal service. They usually throw everything on the sandwich and make it super messy. I work in customer service so it’s a big thing I look for now.
Today I went in and this worker, Ester, made my visit awesome! She not only made my sandwich very neat but when I asked for avocado she found the best one to put on my sandwich and the parts that were brown she would throw away. This was the first time at Subway a worker actually cared about the sandwich they were making.
She was very nice and sweet and subways need more people like her who actually care about what they are doing. She greeted me as I walked in and as I was leaving thanked me again and even apologized for that wait! She was awesome so if you ever go to this subway and see ester, tell her she’s awesome!

The staff r rude their service is not good you can’t use the restroom because only one restroom

Very bad customer service, do not go to this subway.
Food is not fresh, and there is no management.

My issue with subway in general they do not disclose the charges they advertise Nacho steak sandwich, roasted pepper or any other you wold think it’s a hot sandwich but they charge you for heating it up that’s crazy just make it more expensive and do not device me with the price
And for the record I never ever saw a sandwich even close to the picture

Rude. bad service. Overcharge. And stingy wit the servings. My daughter ordered pepperoni in her kids meal sandwich … 4 inch sandwich, and we were charged for a 6 inch plus extra for the kids meal bag and apples. The Phillipino young lady seemed irritated and annoyed with my daughter.. We just canceled our order and the pricy 4 inch ended up in the trash. There’s a Chinese food restraunt right across from here. eat there instead ;)

Would give no stars if possible. Dirty bathrooms, rude girl ringing me up, gross wilted spinach and soggy cucumbers on my sandwich. I work in service, so I know to be extra polite to the workers (because customers usually suck), but With that experience, I also know how I should be treated in return. I’m smiling, saying please and thank you the whole time, and I already know what I’m ordering when I go in. I didn’t give her a hard time, so it’s upsetting to have a bad experience. As I can see from other reviews, their service is sub-​par and so the owner should probably do something about it.

I went to subway to get my fill in my sandwich of the day they lady there was so rude at the end of her making my sandwich I told I wanted easy mayo omg she put a lot of mayo plz she still say want more mayo I to her no cuz that is not easy mayo… she was just too rude for my taste .be aware of her ! Very rude.

Bad Service I make a simple mistake and they look all mad so I’m never going to this subway again

Don’t go here if you don’t speak Spanish. Workers obviously don’t understand English and get your order wrong 90% of the time.

Most employees are rude, the manager seems to not want to help English speaking customers. The employees seems unattentive and disconnected from working, speaking Spanish and having personal conversations, and when it is super busy, there seems to be 2 or 3 people standing around doing nothing (including the manager) and 1 person making all sandwiches. Jasmine is always friendly and smiling.

The employees at this Subway have the worst communication skills I have ever seen. I ordered a turkey jalapeño melt with bacon and toasted with tomatoes all I got was a turkey sub with no jalapeños and no bacon I tried letting the guy who made my sandwich know that I wasn’t done and he just ignored me an put my sandwich in the oven. I also told him let me have everything but spinach and hello peppers did he listen I think not I also asked for light salt and pepper, vinegar and siracha souse I got a lot of salt and pepoer, oil and chipotle WTF I was in a hurry so I just said just give me the sandwich and charge me yea I charged all rite I got charged for a turkey jalapeño melt with bacon yet that’s not what I got. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Not a good location. My parents both got food poising and one of my mom’s students was hospitalized after eating here.
Eater beware!

I love that this Subway opens at 6 am, therefore, i can get a sandwich before lunch. I don’t like the fact that they speak to me in Spanish, I mean I am hispanic, but I speak English.

The morning employees charges incorrectly something. They also show a sense of discrimination against Asians. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Message to Subway’s employee: If you don’t like to work, then get a new job or go back to school and improve yourself.
