Wow! These trainers really know their stuff. With over 20 years in the industry! It really makes a difference when you have a coach who knows what they are doing and have experience to back it up. Chris and Joe really have a passion for this sport, which you can tell once you begin training.
With reasonable rates you won’t be sorry you came here.

Great gym for competition or just a work out. Plenty of gear and bags. Reasonable rates and the trainers are good with all ages. The workouts are so good I might compete. Everyone gets time with the trainers. Very happy with this gym.
