This is the only place I will purchase tile and granite from. Customer service is top notch and knowledge is very impressive. I highly recommend to all.

Awesome tile store, lots of selection from the brief glimpse of the showroom I got from the associate. The wood floor selection is surprisingly abundant so that took me by surprise. I went in just curious but I hope to be doing potential business sooner than later. Nevermind bad reviews from people who only leave bad reviews! So misleading! But it is a hole in the wall so I will reserve my 5 stars.

We were in the store to look at tile for a backsplash the guy in the office didn’t acknowledge us until we said hello. When we stood in the doorway to ask for help he continued staring at the computer. Custer service sucked!

The absolute finest people in the industry to do business with! Working with Dave Monaco and his installation team, I am absolutely blown away at the quality of craftsmanship that went into my house.
My Home was built in 1986 and now it looks brand new! James the installer is an artist when it comes to flooring installation. His attention to detail and love for his craft makes him the best. But it doesn’t stop there. The knowledge of the entire company is what sets them apart from the others. I was unsure of what I wanted to install in my home so I took a leap of faith on Dave Monaco’s suggestion. I was skeptical at first, but once I saw it being installed I couldn’t wait to show it off. Wow!
Rustico has made my home the nicest in the neighborhood and all within my budget. I went to 8 different companies and all were within $ 1000 of each other for a basic tile install. Dave gave me a much more elegant floor for about the same costs. He understands your needs as a buyer and treats you with compassion and honesty. Sometimes hard things to find in the construction world

We love Rustico Imports and Tile! After seven years of dealing with and unfinished outdoor patio and an upcoming event at our home it was time to get it done! So we called Dave and his crew, they truly are brilliant at what they do, professional, they care about your project like it is their own, on time, clean and efficient!

They know their business and are really interested in making sure you are happy. We were on a tight deadline and they were terrific in adjusting schedules to meet it, even when unexpected glitches occurred, which are inevitable with a large remodel. You won’t find a better company to work with.
