I was looking for a dental office in Ladera Ranch for an implant. I called Ladera Ranch Dentistry. The person answering the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Went for consult and met Dr. Hofkes who checked my x-​ray and told me what needs to be done. I came in for the procedure and met the Dental Surgeon Dr. Cashman. He explained what will be done. I was put to sleep and woke up with the procedure complete. The procedure was so efficiently done that I did not have to take a single pain pill after the surgery.
Additionally the evening of the procedure, Helen called me to find out how I am doing, and I was very impressed. I felt that even though I am home alone, I am really not.
Being retired I wanted my fees be covered as much as possible by my insurance and the office staff did a magnificent job as earlier I went to others where the reimbursement was not as satisfactory as in this office.
From here on, all of my dental work will be at Ladera Ranch Dentistry.

Again Ladera Ranch Dentistry did an amazing job with my son. He has extreme anxiety and hates going to the dentist. The entire staff was great! They were kind, gentle, and understanding of his needs. They worked incredibly hard to make the entire experience as painless as possible for him. We love this place!

I recently had some crown work done, and was very pleased with Dr. Kim Rivera. She is gentle, communicates well and all the crowns were very well fitted. Her support staff for the crowns, and the hygienist staff were skilled and pleasant to work with.
I have referred my wife and daughter.

My family and I have been coming to Ladera Ranch Dentistry for a few months now. All three kids love it and so do I.
I get extremely nervous going to the dentist and they’ve made me feel at ease on every single visit. They’ve taken great care of my kids and I and blow away all the other dentists I’ve seen in the area. From the front desk staff to the dentists themselves, customer service is always #1.
We’ve had everything done from routine cleanings to my son having all four wisdom teeth removed.
They also except most dental insurances so give them a call and verify yours is accepted. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve attended Ladera Ranch Dentistry for many years now and I recently just got my wisdom teeth out here. As always, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel at home. My treatment went super well and they answered all the questions I had beforehand. I usually don’t like going to the dentist because of past issues with other dental offices, but since this dentistry I’ve never had a problem. Can’t wait to come back in a few months for my check up and cleaning!

Another great experience at Ladera Ranch Dentistry! I never thought I would actually like going to the dentist. This place really takes care of their patients. They are great with children! The staff is always in a happy mood and always willing to help answer all of my questions.

I haven’t been to this place in 10 years (maybe more) and I still get text messages and emails from this place. I tried unsubscribing from emails and texts but they still keep coming.

I work with Dr. Dave Cashman on his marketing for new patients. I have found Dr. Cashman and his entire staff to be extremely ethical and highly professional. It is such a joy to work with such wonderful people. Highly recommended.

Ladera Ranch Dentistry is a great place for your dental work. Myself along with my family, grandparents and girlfriend have been coming here for over 2 years now and always had a great experience. The office staff is all very friendly and welcoming that goes in hand with the spacious, clean and well decorated office.
Rich was my hygienist and he did a great job and was very thorough in his work. Last year I had a mouth guard made for night grinding and the guard is still holding strong!
Overall great office and highly recommended for all your dental needs!

Called in at 11:30 asking for a consultation for a tooth ache. Showed up at 12, sat for 30 min and my two wisdom teeth were pulled. Great staff now. The young dentist that helped me was a pro. Thanks for being open on a Saturday.

Ladera Ranch Dentistry is located right next to Union Bank in the Haggen’s shopping plaza.
During my first visit, I was very apprehensive and very nervous due to bad experiences from the past. So they had suggested for me to go under General Anesthesia to get all of my work done all at once, so that I won’t feel and remember anything. To my surprise, during my treatment visit, Dr Cashman extracted my wisdom teeth and did a bunch of fillings, the procedures were painless and stress free. They made my visit very comfortable and made me feel at ease during my whole visit, from check in to check out, they made sure I was totally in good shape before I left the office. Few days after my visit, I’m back to my regular routine.
I’m so thankful to the staff and Dr Cashman for a very positive and awesome visit. Five star indeed.

I was so nervous knowing that my 13 year old daughter had to have such an extensive surgery during her ORTHO treatment. 5 extractions and 3 teeth exposed and bonded! Helen, the officer manager was so patient and kind. If you’re looking for a great referral, search no more.
My family and I, are ALL patients for life.

Just like my last visit, everyone was wonderful. Brought my 3 year old in for exam and cleaning. He was pretty nervous, but he was allowed to bring a truck from all the office toys, so he relaxed. Esther was really good talking and laughing with him. And Dr Rivera let him play with the mirror and asked him about Spiderman.

Awesome experience every time! They always are able to schedule me when needed and work around my busy schedule. Friend staff and nice office always kept clean and welcoming. Reminder text is very helpful and greatly appreciated. (: I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I made appointment with them a week ago; the night before their office calls and confirms my appointment. I was at my appointment about 30 minutes early to do paper work and then I got in for X-​rays; then waited another 30 minutes for dental cleaning.
Someone comes in finally and apologizes for wait and tells me its because they had emergency patient. 10 minutes later doctor comes in and tells me he is going to do only exam today and I have to reschedule for cleaning later. I told the doctor but «I am scheduled for routine dental cleaning today and they did not tell me that when they got x-​rays and made me Waite for one hour. he just walked out and said nothing.
The girl comes back in and tells me how sorry she is and asked me to reschedule!!!
I just walked out and said you should just email me my x-​rays…
They overbook and have no respect for people’s time!
I find them from flyers in my mail. I have moved from Glendale to here 2 years ago and since then I was looking to replace my dentist. Now I understand how caring my pervious dentist was and I miss them. He was recommended to me by a friend.
Never look for a dentist from flyers; always ask for friends recommendations.

This is an amazing office tucked away in the Pavillion’s shopping center. You totally get the 5 star VIP treatment every time from the moment you enter the office. The reception area is warm and inviting with plenty of seating and magazines to keep you company. I don’t have kids, but if I did I totally would bring them here because of all the fun toys available. They even have an IPad you can borrow for the kids to play games on. I saw many of the little ones getting a goody bag and tons of balloons when leaving (too bad I’m not 5 anymore).
The office has many treatment rooms and never have a problem getting an appointment scheduled. They’re even open late some days and open on Saturdays! Great for my busy work schedule. The dentists I’ve seen there are all very gentle, caring and professional. They totally cater to people with dental phobias and also offer Sedation dentistry if needed (much better getting my wisdom teeth out). The staff here genuinely cares about their patients I feel like and provided me excellent dental care. So glad I found this place!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist. I was really nervous and scared. I never had a great experience as a kid.
When I first arrived I noticed how clean the office was and how they played fun current music.
The staff was really sweet. Helen walked me through and even when she knew I was nervous she let me know that I was in good hands.
The dentist was very warm and kind mannered. After my initial checkup, I was relieved and became more comfortable being at the dentist office. What used to be so terrifying for me became a pleasant experience. When I got my teeth cleaned, I had a great conversation with the Hygienist and all the scraping I usually don’t like seemed therapeutic.
I had a great experience. The office is so convenient to where I live and open on Saturdays.
What I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the great service.

I recently moved to Orange County from West LA and have been searching for a new dentist. I am so happy to say that I am no longer searching. I’m all over the map when it comes to dentistry but I do need quite a bit of work and since I’m finally financially able to invest in myself, I only want the best. My ortho is still in century city, my oral surgeon is in Cerritos, and lastly my general/​restorative/​cosmetic dentist is here at Ladera Ranch.
I’ve always had a reputation of being a micromanager or a backseat driver so I assume I’m also one of the patients that most dentists/​doctors hate. Self diagnosing, making my own treatment plan, asking a billion questions etc. Not once did I feel uncomfortable asking so many questions, in fact I felt like the doctor encouraged it. He genuinely cares and listens to what I want. I’ve been searching for a dentist for quite a while because I’m ready to spend the money on my smile and I don’t want to spend it on someone I don’t trust. I’ve come across a few shady dentists in which I felt had their own interests (particularly their pockets) at heart. But not here, The doctors and staff here are great.
I’m getting married next year and I’m entrusting Ladera Ranch to give me that beautiful smile for my big day!

I’ve been a patient at Ladera Ranch Dentistry for over 9 years and I cannot tell you who my dentist is. Each time I come in there is a new dentist assigned to me. Obviously there is no history or continuity with my patient/​dentist relationship, and I feel like I am being treated like another number.
Case in point, try making an appointment for an emergency. Since they have no clue who I am, they make no effort to accommodate me with a reasonable time to make an appointment. I must wait 3 – 4 weeks like everyone else.
A few months ago, I called because my crown had fallen off. They looked me up and said the dentist who installed it would not be back for another week, so I would have to wait to see her. (She was cute, but obviously did not do very good work). So I had to go to another dentist and pay out of pocket to have it glued back in.
A few days ago I called for a similar problem with another crown. Again, the nearest appointment they could give me was THREE WEEKS AWAY.
On top that, they send me notices that I have xxxx dollars left on insurance benefits to spend, but I CANNOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THREE WEEKS.
I’ve had enough of this impersonal service. I’m going across the street to another dentist who is in solo practice and might be able to show me some love. I’m hoping it will be a refreshing change to KNOW WHO MY DENTIST IS, and hopefully they (she) will know me.
