M & M Physical Therapy

When you’re at M&M PT, you’re family! I’ve been coming to here for about 3 months now for my ACL. I know that I have had a speedy recovery thanks to Mike and his work. He knows just the right level to push me but not let me over do it. The aides are all knowledgable and the entire team is attentive. It’s easy to make appointments when you need them. I highly recommend M&M if you need therapy.

I’ve been to other places for PT in my life and had bad experiences at them all. I was skeptical as I entered PT for yet another sport-​related injury. M&M came highly recommended from my new Sports Medicine Dr.
This place is exactly what you need for your PT. There’s a high level of professionalism hidden behind the welcoming, motivating atmosphere that this place exudes. You will look forward to coming here a few times a week for the next few months.
I’ve been here twice in the past few years. An elbow injury that hung around for years was fixed in a few months seeing Mike 2 – 3 times a week and having him shame me into doing the prescribed at-​home work. The 2^nd was a sprained MCL that Mike worked me thru in about 6 weeks constantly pushing me and adjusting my workouts and treatments to help me reach my goals of not only being pain free but understanding how to continue to strengthen without re-​injuring it. I had tried it on my own and had just made it worse.
This family-​run business has a winning formula for you. They know their stuff (decades of experience). They have built a welcoming, comfortable environment. PT works better and faster if you do your work at home and they will help motivate you to do it.
If you have PT to do and are in the area just go here. You’ll be impressed by the way they do business and the speed at which you heal.

Pam and Mike are the BEST in their field! If anyone has a PT need, there is no place and no therapists better. After and accident with several injuries– I was lucky enough to be referred to them and I have referred friends, family and anyone who tells me they have aches and pains. The Monnahans do it best and with care. They truly love what they do, care about you, and it shows. 2 years later, I still sing their praises and plan on returning! I’m truly grateful to them for caring for me and have gained forever friends.

Mike and Pam are awesome! My wife and I had back and neck pain when we started. Six weeks later after treatment we both are pain free and stronger than before. The office is clean, modern and well run. The PT assistants are super nice and knowledgable. We are so grateful and thankful to have them as our physical therapists. Pam, Mike, and entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very compassionate. I’ve been to PT before, but experience here was entirely different. Mike spent lots of time working on my broken knee and spirit. It wasn’t the usual in/​out I’ve experienced at previous therapists. I highly recommend M&M for all PT needs.

The team at M & M is what I consider to be world class. I specifically worked with Mike, after a surfing injury that left me unable to bear weight on my leg and left my leg immobile. Mike and Pam are the best. When I shattered my greater tuberosity over a year ago I never thought my shoulder would be normal or pain free ever again. Mike, Pam and the team at M&M are wonderful at helping to put my repaired ACL back in working order. They are knowledgeable, thorough, organized and — above all — warm people who I simply enjoy being around.

The staff at M & M Physical Therapy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. I had shoulder surgery to repair a rotator cuff tear & remove bone spurs. My recovery time was 12 weeks. Mike was my P.T., but I was able to see/​hear Pam in action as well. Erin was always pleasant & helpful in working with my schedule for making appointments. I also worked with Trevor & Kay. The teamwork at M & M is impressive & the facility clean. These people truly care for each & every person that walks through the door. Like Andrew M. said, «You’ll regret getting better & not coming anymore!». I’ll be back when I have surgery on my other shoulder next year!

I was apprehensive about going to physical therapy for a back injury that was becoming chronic. After more than 20 years of intermittent pain I went to M&M and immediately wished I hadn’t waited.
M&M has a very professional environment, caring attitude by the entire staff, and the quality of the care was excellent. Mike was very patient going over his recommendations. My fear of physical therapy exacerbating the pain was totally eliminated. I feel better and stronger because of the care received at M&M. I would recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy.

Mike, Pam, Emily, and Erin are amazing in their compassion and treatment for every individual client that comes to see them. They are not only great Therapist but GREAT and CARING Humans.
