Mirage Landscape

I highly recommend Mirage Landscaping and the company owner Joe. I received designs from other companies and decided on Mirage due to their creativity and attention to detail. His plans were far superior than the other bids received. We are nearly completed with the landscaping and so far it looks amazing. Excellent workmanship from Joe and his team!

After researching several companies, I’ve decided to hire Mirage Landscape to rebuild my front and back yard. Joseph, the owner of the company, was instrumental in helping me come up with a concept and design that I’m very well pleased with. He knows his craft and gives a lot of attention to detail. Their pricing is very compatible and their service is excellent! Their crew was always on time and hard at work, which I found refreshingly unusual for construction projects. My yard looks great and I would highly recommend them!

The work they. At my house was good, the follow up after they had been completely paid sucks. Left several messages but Joseph decided to ignor.

Having researched a few local Landscape firms, I was impressed with the website and the «preview» review written here. I called Joseph, the Owner to schedule a site visit. He met me on our scheduled appointment date on time and we walked the project together. When asked for a timeline on the quote, I was told within the week. Joseph advised me he would be busy over the coming weeks during his site visit — no worries — but did mention I would have the quote next week. 2-​weeks later, no call. I placed a follow-​up call this Saturday to Joseph — he quickly answered his cell phone and when I identified myself, he had no recollection of who I was or what I was calling about. Very disappointing. He said he would call me back later that day. To date, no call back.
I am rating this business 1-​star for its utter lack of follow through and customer appreciation. Working in the service industry myself, I know the importance of keeping promises and managing customer expectations. This company failed to do both.

We used Mirage about 10 years ago to completely landscape our entire yard. Joseph and his team were excellent. We have stayed in touch since then and he has always provided helpful information and additional service over the years. I highly recommend Mirage for your next landscaping project.

We used Mirage Landscape to completely re do our back garden. we took out an old pool and spa and transformed it into a fabulous entertaining space. Joseph from mirage has a fantastic eye for design and with his choice of materials and plants transformed our outdoor space into a truly relaxing, functioning outdoor living space. We could not be happier with the end result. Mirage staff always show up on time and are very professional.

This is really a pre-​review. When we found Mirage, we were a bit concerned that we couldn’t find much 3^rd party information about them online. I did lots of reference checking and went onsite to see some of their other projects. We really loved the work they had done for others and the price was relatively reasonable, so we went forward with a project.
We’re now about ¾ through our big backyard project in Newport and so far they have been a pleasure to work with and done great work.
I’ll write the rest of the review when we’re through but wanted to give you some peace of mind if you are considering Mirage Landscape.
