The phlebotomist, Diana, is so sweet and calm and professional. Yes, the place is tiny, and yes, there is only one person working, but she is so good(completely painless), so pleasant and professional, that I will not go anywhere else.

I had blood drawn here a couple of months ago and I would not return(I live in Lafayette and now that I need new blood work, I’d rather drive to WC or somewhere else than let this man get his hands on my veins again). I really don’t care that the place is small, but the man who works there was quite uninterested in helping the old lady in front of me. He seemed to care more about payment(from both of us) than service. The poor woman had some questions about what to do and he was not helpful nor kind or willing to give her much of an answer. As far as my experience, he was good at getting money, bad at giving information, and terrible at drawing blood! He missed the vein so badly that the process was painful and I ended up with a big bruise for days as a result(first time this has happened to me).

This facility only has one blood drawing room and the blood drawer doubles as the receptionist, data entry person, etc. There is only one person working the entire office. The wait is long. LabCorp in Lafayette had 4 blood drawing rooms and several staff working. Less wait at LabCorp on Mt. Diablo Road.

The phlebotomist Diana is very nice and professional. I had a missing paperwork issue but we got it sorted out quickly and my appointment was nearly still on time. The facility lacks the space(or cabinets/shelving) it needs so there are stacked boxes of supplies along the wall: kind of a turn off aesthetically speaking, but it did not affect the service in any way.

The place is tiny, but so great, the phlebotomist is pleasant, professional and efficient. I will definitely choose Lafayette again.
