Wally has a friendly agency and available to answer any questions from customers. I had my policies with his agency for about 25 years and would’ve not thought about going anywhere else.

I was shopping for insurance and stumbled upon Wally’s State Farm office online. I gave them a call assuming they would transfer me left and right just to get a quote, but the process was fast and easy and they ended up saving me money! The staff is so personable and friendly! Great customer service!

I’ve been with Wally for years and have always gotten the best service from both Wally and his very helpful and knowledgable staff. They definitely take the time to get to know their clients! Also loving their beachside address! Any excuse to go to the beach lol
I was in an accident a few months ago and Wally and his staff walked me through the entire claims process, from filing the claim, through to having an inspection to assess the damage and resolve the dispute with the other driver. It’s never good to have an accident, but having someone help you through the process makes it infinitely easier.
They are very knowledgable about all different types of insurance. Definitely a great place to get protection against life’s inevitable accidents.

I am very pleased with this agency’s service! My brother and sister both got into their first accident. Nothing too serious, but it was still scary. They called the agent and they came out right away and helped file the claim and deal with the problem every step of the way! I am so glad we switched to Wally’s agency! I normally never write Unilocal reviews, but I had too for this State Farm Agency. This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! It’s my first time living on my own and purchasing insurance and doing «grown up things». I didn’t know anything, and Wally’s Agency had so much patience with me! I couldn’t be more thankful for ALL of their help. They explained everything in detail and helped me organize all my insurance. I bundled auto, renters, and I even SAVED so much that my renters is pretty much FREE (I know I couldn’t believe it either). Very satisfied.

I came in to make a payment for my car insurance and was surprised my agent had switched to Wally. I was nervous about the change but after meeting him in person he gave me peace of mind that we were in good hands. I fully recommend the policy holders to take just 10 mins of their day to meet the new agent. He is really great and the girls are all very sweet!

Insurance is not something a person gets all the time. But of course as you grow old you need to buy life insurance. This location just opened up and I decided to come by this place because my friend recommended it. I was very unsure about everything and one of the agents explained things to me very throughly and they were very thoughtful of my situation. I’m not a person with a lot of money but they helped me set up a plan where I was able to be financially able to. Not only that they were very patient. I literally asked every question and they had every answer for the questions I asked. But overall my experience was great and the location was pretty conveniently located next to the beach.

State Farm not only offer auto insurance, home owner insurance, life insurance, etc, now they also have banking service (checking account, saving account and credit card). It is definitely a «one stop shopping» place!
