Possibly the best experience I’ve had for medical related reasons ever. The facility is beautiful, parking you do have to pay for but what the heck. It’s very clean and well maintained. The waiting room is quite comfortable and the check in process quite easy with most of inital forms being available on their website. The staff is amazing. Every single one I encountered was friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond helping me to get my appointment set up. When I arrived the mri tech(apologies I do not know what all the people who helped me did or their exact title) was upbeat and friendly. They put you at ease instantly. I could go on and on because I really had a nice experience there. Hopefully I won’t have to go back, but if I do I look forward to it! THANKYOUALL!

I needed an MRI and was having panic attacks just thinking about being put in the little tube of a normal MRI. After some research I found this place in Irvine, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, did the legwork with my insurance company, and were incredibly helpful. The MRI machine is completely open on the sides, and you can see straight through to the room’s window and see the outside during the procedure. I am incredibly claustrophobic and there is no way I could be put into a traditional MRI machine, so this is the only way I could get it done. Highly recommended, even if you are even a little uncomfortable in a regular MRI machine.

I was so scared after trying regular MRI, I could not do it ever! The opensided was no problem and not scary, wish I would have started here!

Wow. once you use a open MRI your sold. The staff at opensided MRI were nice and efficient. Music, cushioned leg support, temperature of the room perfect. I had gone to a regular MRI and had to leave within five minutes of beginning the procedure panic attack. Again Wow! OPENEDSIDEDMRI of Laguna Hills,

My doctor sent me here for an MRI. They are in suite 113. I was nervous since I don’t like being in closed spaces. I guess we all have to do things that we don’t like from time to time. When I walked in, first thing that hit me was the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven and coffee brewing. The receptionist had a smile on her face and knew exactly who I was. I love it when you don’t have to stand in front of the counter giving personal info while others are sitting in the waiting area. As soon as I was done with page one of the forms I had to fill out, Jorge, the MRI technician came to get me for the test. The test took about 30 minutes and I love that it wasn’t a casket type MRI. He played relaxing music so the thumping of the machine didn’t bother me too much. He also spoke to me through the procedure. When done, I finished the rest of my paperwork. By the time I was done, the tests were ready and I got them. Something that I dreaded turned out to be a breeze and the folks were extremely nice. Although I hope to never need an MRI again, but if I do, this is where I’ll be coming.
