This place is awesome!
I have taken my BMW here a couple of times for a regular oil change, and this time i took it in it was time for a a few things, well first off i had my breaks and rotors done by another company close by and i dont know what they installed on there but it squeeked sooo bad and they would always use an excuse about how its a sports set up and they will stop once the break pads heat up, Carlos put in new rotors and breaks and they are even better than what the other place had put in and no noise at all! He even got me tires which were the same price as the the tire company i use which was awesome! he tuned up my car did a couple of other adjustments and now my car runs like it is brand new! i will never be taking my bmw to any other place from now on, these guys know what they are doing! I even asked him if he would work on other cars that i have and he said usually they don’t because they stick to BMW’s because that is what they know.
if you have a beemer make sure you bring it here for any work that needs to be done.

Every positive thing that has been said about this shop and about the owner, Daniel, is right on point. These guys know what they are doing, and they know how to take care of their customers. From minor problems to big fixes, I will always be taking my 2011 128i to Pure Performance. Much more fairly priced than any of the dealers, and the staff is much more personal. Daniel knows how to manage and run his business better than almost every other auto shop that I have been too. Brian was able to take care of many of the fixes on my car, and not only did he do a great job and just be done with it, but he was able to explain how I can take preventive measures to avoid the same issues coming up. Great job guys, keep up the amazing work!

Daniel is great. I called him because my passenger side door would not unlock with my keyless entry. Only way to unlock the door was to open it from the inside. Daniel fixed both doors as a precaution for 480.00. I will definitely take my BMW to Daniel from now on.

My 740 would not start on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, it was not the battery. I was 60 miles from home & from my regular BMW independent garage. I found Daniel via Unilocal and am now a fan. Daniel called me back right away and we arranged to have my car towed to his shop on Monday Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem to be an on-​board computer … Checked all the fuses to make sure it wasn’t something simple … and not my starter. The replacement part would take 3 – 4 days to arrive … Ontario distribution center to local BMW dealer to Pure Performance. I was without a car and had to get a rental. Surprisingly, Daniel called me Tuesday afternoon and said that he had someone drive to the distribution center to pick up the part and the car was ready to go! Wow! That’s customer service! Thank you!

This is the second time I have had work done by Daniel at Pure Performance. The first time, the BMW dealership had quoted me $ 8000 and a week for the work my X5 needed. Daniel and his tem had it done in less than 2 days for $ 1200. This time, I called at 4 pm on a Sunday, Daniel arranged for my car to be towed, gave me a loaner car, and from the time I called him to the time I walked in my front door was only two hours. He called the next day at noon to inform me the work was complete. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Daniel and his team are honest, very knowledgeable, and charge a fair price for their amazing work! Not to mention they are super-​fast!

So, here is my BMW story. I have a 530i BMW that was giving problems starting up in the COLD weather, yes only in the COLD weather! This is started about 2months ago and everytime in the morning if I didnt’ park the car in the garage and left it out in the cold it would give me a hard time to turn on in the AM. I would have to push the start up button about 200 times! The on/​off writing on the button even faded! Well, a co-​worker refered me to some guys names Max he found on craiglist and the guy replaced the started and i had the same issue then he said ok its something under the wheel, he replaced it and same issue «I didn’t pay him for the second part». Long story short, I told him to forget it I didn’t want his services anymore, I spent more time waiting for him to come than anything! Then I found another guy ERICK on craigslist and same deal with him, said he would call me back but never did! I even took my car to IRVINE BMW and after 2 days of not finding the problem, I picked up my car! I just put up with it like that for weeks! On Jan 24^th I did a google for BMW Repair shop in Irvine and I found Daniel owner of Pure Performance
. He personally picked up the phone and said bring in it, we will fix it! So, I took it in and sure enough they found the problem and were HONEST and on top of it! It wasn’t an easy task but they fixed it! Something other 2 mechanics were not able to fix not even IRVINE BMW! So, end of story and my personal advice. If you drive a BMW that means you have money so don’t be cheap and use craigslist. The only reason I used it was because they were refered but still they work from their garage and don’t have the proper skills and equipment to diagnose a problem properly. Just take your care to Pure Performance, it will save you lots of money in TIME and headaches. TRUST ME!

It’s Christmas Eve and my brakes went out on me! I called Pure Performance and they took me in right away with no wait and no problems. My day seemed to be doomed at first but then Pure Performance saved the day and made my Christmas just as special as I wanted. :)
