We also offer onsite services for those issues like internet routers, printers and things that require us to be at your location. We can usually come out the same day. We’ll give you a one hour window of our arrival so you’re not waiting around all day. With 5 technicians and over 45 years of combined experience, we can assist you with all of your computer repair needs. Our phones are answered immediately by our team, rest assure, when you call us, you will be speaking directly to a live person, not an answering service or automated system.

History

Established in 2007.

I started this business from my house in mid 2007 after being laid off from a corporate IT company. I built it up over the years and in 2012 I opened our first retail location in Tustin. From their we’ve built it up to 8 employees and many good accounts including the TUSD. In December 2015 we open our second location in Laguna Niguel. we hope to open another Orange County location in the near future.

I’ve been doing IT work since 1994. I’ve worked for large companies like Boeing and IBM and I’ve earned several IT certifications over the years including my Microsoft MCSE, Novell CNE, and an A+ certification. Now I’m focused on building and running these two locations and making sure our team provides the best customer experience possible.
