I was referred to Paul Tran through a friend who had a very positive experience working with Paul. I was a first time homebuyer who needed extra guidance and advice from an experienced agent, and I was a little apprehensive with the home buying process as some agents do not have the patience or the empathy to make me feel comfortable/​confident with the biggest decision of my life thus far. From the first conversation with Paul, he gave me the assurance that he would walk me through the whole process and that he would look out for my best interest. He demonstrated that immediately with our subsequent conversations, answering my many questions in great detail and giving me honest opinions on the current market. Paul is an absolutely wonderful property manager and realtor. He is professional, clear with his directions, and optimistic, which is very refreshing in times of stress.

Paul is amazing! I was recommended to him from a coworker and i couldn’t be happier. He is super responsive and positive to everything. We had some major things we were looking for in a property and he found listing we would like in the perfect locations. We were just looking for a rental and he still put in all his time to help us. Paul Tran is hands down the best real estate agent in SoCal. We were referred to him by colleagues whom stated that he performs exceptional work. We definitely had high expectations for Paul, but at the end of the day we were blown away by his work ethic and thoroughness. My husband and I currently live in DTLA; however, we recently had a baby this past January and desperately needed to move into a house for more space, fresh air, better school district, backyard, etc. for our fast growing baby to play! What we once thought was impossible to find, Paul proved us wrong and helped us lock in the house of our dreams!
Once we found the house we wanted to put in offer in, Paul suggested several ways to win over the sellers which ultimately got us where we are now. He knows what he’s doing and if you have the opportunity to work with him, I highly recommend listening to his tips. His advice and methods will pay off and get you what you want. After our offer got accepted, Paul executed the inspections, contractual protected us throughout our escrow, etc. right away. The selling party actually wanted to rent back the house for a month from us, so he also organized and provided all the paperwork for this to happen when he could have easily left us to deal with this, as it was not included in his duties.
Overall, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had working with a real estate agent. I have already recommended his services to my friends and family because I know he will take care of them. Professional, sharp, efficient, honest, friendly, these are just a few of the many qualities Paul encompasses. If you are looking for the best, you’ve found him.

Paul helped me with my first home purchase in Orange, CA! Paul was always free to show me as many homes as I wanted and once we found the house we loved he negotiated an extremely competitive price and got me credits for closing cost! I have worked with many different agents in different capacities through the years and Paul Tran has been the best by far! Although he was very busy he always made me feel like I was a priority. For my family, Paul Tran was able to do what others couldn’t. Less than two years after purchasing our home at an already low interest rate, Paul was able to secure us a new loan at an even lower rate, reducing our monthly payment slightly but, more importantly, saving us tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.
