Jesus Christ. From these reviews you’d figure this place was the scum of the universe. It’s a typical subway. Staff had always been attentive when i have been here. Food quality is decent. Like i said, it’s a subway.

The sandwiches are good. They need to improve on customer service. I went there for lunch last week and one of the guys always seems to have an attitude. He kinda looks stuck up. I would have rated differently if it wasn’t for that guy.

I came to your Subway the other day around 3pm in the heatwave and was craving a large iced tea. I purchased a 6inch combo. I started to fill my cup with the unsweetened iced tea, and found it was at the bottom of the barrel and almost all gone.(Which really sucked at 3oclock in a heat wave and no other had been brewed).I took a huge gulp and felt slime as thick as gelatin in my mouth!!! I immediately spit it out!! The liquid was literally SLIME! I told the kid and he came over to test it but the tea had run out like I said before. He never offered a refund or anything. I just left and am writing to you now. I was disgusted and confused what would cause this. Only thing I can think of would be unclean tanks that have not been cleaned or who God knows what else!!! I am thoroughly disgusted and would urge your business to do a thorough cleaning and talk to your employees. Totally unacceptable I have no idea what I ingested today:(

This subways is very clean however some of the guys in the morning are not friendly. .try the subway in laguna niguel… cookies very fresh and employees are very friendly.

It’s Subway! Two stars is what the quality is. I never get great service at this location and they act as if you are inconveniencing them. If you want packaged meat sandwiches, then this place is for you ;)

As good as it gets with Subway! One of the best Subway experiences I’ve ever had. Super Clean and friendly enviroment, made my sandwich right! My subway of choice when I am in the OC area

This subway is alright. they give you a good portion if you come in the evening, but if you come during the afternoon, they kinda jip you. Plus, there’s this one white guy (probably the only large white guy who works there) who makes it sound like you’re a huge inconvenience to him every time you ask for something on your sandwich by using huge exasperated sighs. «Can I have some spinach?» *sigh* «Can I have some tomatos?» *sigh* «Can I have some green peppers?» *siiiiiigh*. At one point I didn’t even ask for everything I wanted because I began feeling awkward. Hi, this is your job, suck up that attitude.

Service is slow and the workers spend more time checking out chicks walking by than focusing on your sandwich. Plus, they constantly speaking to each other in spanish which sounds like they’re having a full blown conversation or making fun of the customers. This place sucks and they don’t even carry cilantro.
