A small shop by Foodland with just 6 tables. But the food is decent and most importantly they offer healrhy alternatives(brown rice and salad instead of mac salad). They went big on the garlic on my Mahi Mahi but so tasty. Gave em 4 stars bc side of kimchi was almost $ 4.

Even though this is a chain restaurant here in the U.S. I did like this L&L as the food was tasty and they make it to order too. I had gotten the teriyaki chicken and it was moist and flavorful with a good grill taste as it should be. The teriyaki bowl was packed with rice and some veggies, but was a bit small for my dinner size portion. I was still feeling a bit hungry after finishing it. The only weird thing about the meal was that you had to add your own teriyaki sauce and that it wasn’t put on while they were putting the meal together. Good prices here and they have a decent size menu to choose from even though it is a fast food joint. Good place to have a loco moco too whenever in Hawaii.

Amazing food. Wish we had one in St. Louis. I would highly recommend. Great food, large portion and good price.

Next to Jamba Juice. Lots to select from. We had the beef BBQ sandwich and fries, and no. 5 special. Anything but BBQ, disappointed. No. 5 special was chicken teriyaki with light shrimp, along with rice and macaroni salad… it wasn’t too bad. Overall, poor experience but maybe we ordered the wrong thing they are known for.

Coming from mainland, I was trying to avoid the chain type of restaurants like L&L as we have it here as well. Well, after trying #1BBQ the night prior, thought we would try this place. The location is in a small shopping area. The restaurant was very small. We sat towards the side, and there was 1 or 2 other fly or some sort of insect that was driving us crazy. We probably should have just eat outside, but it was tad hot that night. Anyway, we ordered the basic Hawaiian bbq plate for the 3 of us. I meant to write the review earlier as this was about 2 weeks ago. To be honest, I don’t remember the food much other than it was the typical L&L of the past. Only thing I remember was the front desk lady that took our order was very friendly. Bottom line is to not expect too much as it’s your basic Hawaiian bbq plate lunch that could have been served anywhere else. Hopefully they will try to clean up the place a little better to avoid insects and flys inside the restaurant.

This location has the best service and staff. Everything is made to order which is great. I hope that the quality of the food & service continues to be good for yrs. to come.

BBQ Chicken is really good! The L&Ls in California don’t compare to this location for some reason. Not too greasy & chicken is tender. The owner is very nice. I made the mistake of calling in my order to the wrong L&L but they were nice enough to speed up making my order.

A second visit confirmed my earlier review. Fresh food, fast service and excellent seasoning. BBQ chicken was flavorful and soft. Garlic Mahi prepared just right. Again, the Mac salad was terrific. A hidden gem in Lahaina.
