I love Pandora. It’s the perfect gift – for others and even for oneself. :) I have 5 bracelets and love them all as they each are sentimental in their own way. I’ve started bracelets for my sister, mom, grandma and best friend. It’s such an easy, thoughtful gift. For all occasions I just pick out a meaningful charm. When Ben Bridge closed at Kaahumanu I was so sad. But thankfully we have the Pandora Store at Whalers! The staff there are always friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I’m able to get my engagement/​wedding rings cleaned and inspected there (you just need to make an appointment with a manager to do so). Jini, one of the managers there, is always great about letting me know about promotions. Recently, I contacted her trying to get a specific charm that had been discontinued. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it in store BUT she went above and beyond and tracked one down on the mainland and had it shipped here! So awesome! She did the whole transaction over the phone so I was able to do the free bracelet promotion AND she even mailed my order to me since I live an hour away. Talk about awesome service. She really cares about her customers and it shows! Stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

Probably one of the worst experience I had in a Pandora store. The person who helped us had a very jugemental look, and was very snobby. She would say something like, «oh, but thats kinda too pricey for you» or «Just buy it». Does she even hear what she’s saying?
I bought stuff anyway, but I might look for alternative stores if I’m in the area.

I was trying to find the perfect charm for my wife. There were two ladies working on the day I stopped by. Both were fantastic, but Jini (the manager) was amazing to work with. They had three or four charm that were specifically designed for Maui, Hawaii tourists. The charms were perfect. Every time my wife and I travel we always get a special charm from wherever we are at. My wife picked out a cute little pineapple. Thanks again to the ladies at Pandora you gals were awesome!

I have never been into a Pandora shop but love the idea of making your own customized bracelet by color, theme or whatever makes you happy. Plus being able to buy beads when traveling makes it a neat concept.
We were greeted by the friendly Rene. I saw a display bracelet in on the wall that had my favorite color in it, teal. It had a new Pandora bead, a faceted teal murano glass bead, a murano sea glass bead with teals and purples in it, along with several other sterling beads, turtle, starfish, pineapple, a great island themed bracelet. Rene showed us how you can make a bracelet full of beads, or buy beads that are «clips» and have only a handful of beads like the display bracelet I liked. The clips keep the beads locked in place at the top of the bracelet so they don’t roll around. Thanks again Rene for the great suggestions and great service.
They were having a special if you spent $ 100 you got a free bracelet so we ended up buying several beads and got the bracelet to start my collection. I really liked the murano sea glass bead and since they were all a little different I was able to purchase what I thought was the one with the best color saturation and distribution off the display bracelet. I look forward to buying some more beads to finish up my bracelet, then on to the next. I can see how this will be addicting! Nice to have sterling beads and bracelets as opposed to some collectibles at other stores that are merely plated metal and will not hold up over the years.

I Love that a Pandora shop has opened in Whalers Village. The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. I wanted the two exclusive Maui & Aloha charms but because they are so popular I ended up having to order them to be shipped home to me later. The store is similar to all the other Pandora locations, and well stocked for all other charms and jewelry. If you are going to be on the island for 90 days or more they even offer a 90 day layaway type plan, with Maui’s low sales tax I will always purchase something from Pandora during my future visits.
