Beautiful art! But everyone else got offered drinks and greeted but us apparently we didn’t look like we had enough money.

Pop by this gallery to see a fantastic collection of surrealistic work. It’s the only time you can see things like flying elephants, bespectacled rabbits, and disappearing money(outside of Disneyland).

The art — amazing. the gallery and sales folk, however, made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I had no qualms whatsoever about forking over a handsome bit of cash for one of his whimsical, fantastical pieces — but retreated as soon as the sales people got pushy. granted, I understand that’s their job; they want to sell you these pieces, but they became relentless. I would have gladly done business with Aaron at this gallery, but when we returned to the gallery two days later to take a more definitive look, the friday night sales women pushed us to make an expensive decision too quickly. When I do decide to buy a piece, I’ll do so outside of this gallery.

Vladimir Kush’s art is breathtaking. I wanted to own every single piece. We went in to kill some time and were blown away. Lauren was extremely helpful, and not pushy at all. She told us that Mr. Kush would be at the gallery the following night. We returned and she remembered us and remembered that we were interested in the book. We were Able to meet Vladimir, who was very nice, and get the book signed. Very happy customers. Only wish we could buy every piece. Will be calling Lauren if we hit the lottery or bonus at work for our first piece!

I love how he uses metaphor in his art. Inspired by Salvador Dali’s works, Renaissance & Impressionists, he started art school at age 7 and attended Moscow Art Institute at the age of 17. For example, a grand piano is reflected as a black butterfly, a set of tools performing stunts, etc… Mr Kush was awarded the Best Painter in 2012 by the mayor of Cannes, France. I would love to own one of his artwork someday… you can find more of his artwork on .

Crazily enough, I discovered this artists work only a week earlier while walking around Caesars palace in Vegas. I was so surprised and excited to see his gallery in Maui! It’s a beautiful space with tons of his paintings. A great selection for anyone who is interested in purchasing. The staff seem very knowledgable. His paintings are awe inspiring, and I hope to bring one home soon!

For almost 2 decades, Vladimir Kush’s Gallery has been the main reason I return to Maui. He speaks volumes in his silent visual metaphors. I only wish I could afford to purchase all of his paintings. All of this employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer to go through the art without«the tour» but if you want information about each piece, they are able to explain every detail. And it is VERY important to note EVERY detail of his work. Every bit has meaning and purpose.

Kush is an incredible artist. My favorite is the Genealogy Tree. I could(and have) stare at it for days. His gallery is breathtaking and very comforting. He also has statues, jewelry, and books.

Simply put, it’ll take your breath away. Each piece is spectacular and simply dreamy. I could spend hours and thousands in here. We walked away with a book and the next time, I’m walking away with a piece.

Do NOT enter this gallery if you enjoy keeping your wallet safe. We originally went in here to kill some time, and I walked out with a smiling wife, and a bunch of charges on my card. Vladimir’s work is amazing, and if I could I would own tons and tons of his work. Sadly I had to settle for one of his books, and a beautiful pendant for my wife. I should have asked how much some of the paintings were(limited edition reprints, not originals), but I was scared that they would be affordable and I’d buy a bunch. I wish Kush offered some posters of his work, but originals and limited editions are all he sells.

Wow. A modern day Salvador Dali. I love the surrealistically romantic mind-scapes he paints. Each one of his paintings tells a story a very dreamy and obscure story. Metaphorically beautiful and captivating. I even got to meet the artist while I was there and he signed my book.

The work of Vladimir is quite special. His work is metaphorical, and relates to all of mans’ fears and desires. Bought two of his pieces during a recent trip to Maui, and am looking forward to more art from this young artist.
