Great Jewelry Store! A must stop when you are walking around downtown Lahaina! My husband and I entered the store just to look around at all of the beautiful gems and unique pieces of jewelry. Within seconds of entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Dorian, the fine jewelry consultant. She was friendly and personable to chat with. In addition, she was very knowledgeable of all of the stones and pieces of jewelry in the store. The store has a wide variety of one of kind creations that will look beautiful on your special someone, friend, or mom. If you can’t find something you like, ask! Dorian will be more than happy to check for additional stock or a piece that is similar. Thank you Dorian for the amazing customer service and beautiful smile! We will definitely be back!

This place is horrible! My husband and I bought two Arvid pieces last June. To date, I received one many months later. Apparently the problem was all the corks I sent over for the frame were misplaced for a while along with the actual art was damaged. The other piece I still haven’t received. Sargent’s told the framer to frame it in such a way it was going to damage the piece and thankfully the framer called me… but now it sits in no man’s land. I have yet to receive the Certificate of Authenticities for either piece after several calls and emails to both Chris, the person we bought from, or the gallery manager. The customer service is awful, I haven’t even received the art — big headache. Last resort, is to go down the merchant dispute road… ugh… but they will deserve it.
