Great company and professional, friendly staff. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Mark and John for some maintenance that was needed at a property for a septic system malfunction. Although they don’t work on septic much, they were accommodating and able to take care of the problem and even gave us a discounted price for the owner (it was for a rental property we manage). They took the stress from my plate all while taking care of our owners property. They went above and beyond my expectations and for that, they have earned this 5 star rating and my referrals to anyone in need. We will continue utilizing their services in the future.

First time I used them was for an underground leak under the front entry way of our house. Another company came out to detect the leak and proceeded to give me an estimate of over $ 5000 to make all the recommended repairs. So I called Morrow and they did the entire job for $ 1400, and it was no easy task. They had to tear up the concrete in front of our door and did a fantastic job of putting a new walkway down after the repair. We’ve called on them several times since then, including today for a clogged kitchen sink and valve replacements. They fix what’s needed, give good advice and have never tried to upsell.

Morrow Plumbing has great service. I needed to install a washer. I called and made appt with Bob, who was very friendly and really worked with me to make a fast appt. Sebastian arrived on time and was friendly and professional. (I had also had Mark come out, who was great in professional service as well.) i would highly recommend Morrow, they are great at the the service they provide and I know the job was done well.

After a horrific experience with another plumbing company, I called Morrow Plumbing. They were like a tall drink of cold water on a hot day. Prompt, courteous, responsive, reliable, reasonable upfront pricing, showed up on time and handled the job like a professional. Willing to offer professional advice and insight since I was an off site property manager. They demonstrated that they cared about Customer Service which is rare these days it seems. BRAVO Sebastian and Mark. Well done gentlemen. I will definitely use Morrow Plumbing again should the need arise.

Mark quoted me a reasonable price for replacing a 80 Gallon water heater, and even picked up the heater from another supplier since they did not have it in stock and he wanted to help me get hot water the same day I called! Mike came to begin taking out the old one, while Mark picked up the heater. It was installed cleanly and they even upgraded my old pipes with copper and put everything up to code. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on costs, but Mark was willing to work it out reasonably. Two thumbs up!
