Just moved into the area. Needed my breaks replaced and oil changed. V-​Tech did the job professionally! On time and under budget. My Honda Accord runs like new!

This is a place you can trust, They wont charge you anything unnecessarily. Best place for Toyota and Honda car maintenance.

BEWARE! They put a cheap part instead of what I paid. It was found out by another mechanic. I went back there today because it’s still under warranty… but he REFUSED to honor the warranty. My car will not pass a smog check now because V Tech LF put a cheap part on that cost my over $ 400.00. The owner was rude & disrespectful to me. I’m VERY disappointed.

The integrity of this place is amazing! The guys who work here didn’t charge me for the full $ 20.13. I don’t mind paying the extra 0.13 cents but the fact that they don’t mind shows that they are definitely not trying to con people in any way.

These guys are the best. The most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I called them up and they gave me a quote for the service I needed over the phone. They accommodated me with an appointment for the next morning. I arrived and they took my car into the garage immediately. They told me it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix my car so I went and ran some errands for an hour and when I went back my car was finished. The best part is the bill was $ 10 less than they quoted me over the phone. My car now runs great. I will tell all my friends and family about this place and will always bring my cars back here in the future.

I’ve been here a few times for oil change for my cars, and they are fine and friendly. One time I came in to replace my brake pad with a coupon they had (~$ 95). I told them to charge me more than the coupon price, but get me a good brake pad. I don’t want cheap squeaky brake pad. The owner (Jimmy) said ok, and charged me around $ 25 more. They still installed the same cheap brake pads that squeak so loud. I complaint, but they said that how a big van (mazda mpv) is supposed to be. What BS. I have been driving my van about 5 years and the brake never squeak. After about 15K on their new pad, my rotor started shaking. Needless to say, I never bring any of my cars back here for any other service. It’s a ptiy and it’s their lost for being greedy over $ 25. If you search their reviews, you would see another customer have the exact same problem of V-​tech installing cheap brake pads on their car.

First time customer and I think I found my new repair shop. I am so happy wit heir service, my car had so much job needed to be done and he got it ready in less than a day, price wise was very fair, the owner is an educated gentleman, honest and trustworthy, so I 100% recommend this place,

No, this is not the kind of place you go for a $ 199 valve job special. If you know exactly what’s wrong with your car, you can probably find someone else cheaper to turn a wrench for you. What you are getting here is a master mechanic to find the root cause of your car trouble and fix it in the most cost effective way with high quality parts and materials. I trust this guy with my cars, and I recommend him to friends.

That’s all one can ask for from a high quality mechanic. They will treat you right and do whatever it takes to get you out of the door ASAP. Very fair price as well.

This place is amazing! I have brought the two cars I’ve owned here and so does my mother. We are always so impressed! They always do a perfect job without charging you more than they need to. And the labor and parts are always lower than other mechanics! Great customer service, always finish the job as quick as possible. They truly care about your car, your money, and your safety. In all my years I have never encountered such a great shop!

Been coming here for a couple of years, Jimmy is a fair guy with fair prices. Replaced a water pump for half the dealer estimate, plus did the timing belt for the cost of parts only since he already had it opened up. I will definitely keep coming back.

I for years used to bring my cars here for regular maintenance. I no longer take my cars here due to the lack of quality work over the years. I recently brought in my car to have my fluids changed and my front brakes done. and I walked out with a $ 615 bill. For what you get charged… there are certainly better shops in the area to service your vehicles.

We’ve been taking my wife’s Camry here for years and I’ve always been happy with the service.

I mixed this auto shop up with the same V-​Tech Auto name in Irvine. This is not the same or affliated in any way. The owner is Libonese and is very nice. However, I was NOT pleased that he didn’t use genuine Honda parts on my breaks, which was what I had requested and thought that’s what I was getting billed for. I found this out by taking my car to another mechanic, when I keep hearing noise from the new pads installed. V-​Tech told me my car needs to be driven for a couple hundred miles to break in the new pads, for the noise to go away — which is total BS if he had used geniune parts.
Needless to say, I’m not going back to V-​Tech in Lake Forest. I’m very disappointed.

I have been taking my Honda Del Sol here for over 10 years. I can not speak highly enough about V-​Tech automotive. Honest, fair, and reasonably priced. I only wish they could work on all my cars and did all types of service. I have referred numerous friends. In this day and age, honest business people are few and far in between. Thanks guys!

Yes, they are good. However, I believe they are understaffed. Be prepared to WAIT or have someone drop you off to pick up your car later. I was in yesterday afternoon JUST for a simple OIL CHANGE, and had to wait for 2 HOURS!!!
