«What’s good here?» Not a whole lot. They are the bottom rung of places to stay in Lake Havasu. Really old, in desperate need of remodeling. A «free» breakfast, we got what we paid for. Powdered scrambled eggs, toast, waffle, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and a meat like substance that resembled ham. I will make a positive comment, the milk was cold. The bathroom door has to be cut to accommodate the toilet so the door could close. Very ghetto. The outside breezeways were filthy, hire a pressure washer. Overall, highly unimpressive.

Worst experience ever. Avoid! The old miserable lady in the front Annette is a nightmare! And her «manager» was the biggest moron ever and was repeating whatever Annette told her. Sorry it’s a crazy and busy weekend for you but the attitude and rudeness I experienced was undeniable! Annette should not be working in the front, wouldn’t know what customer service was if it bit her int he ass. Called to get a fee explained and she went off on my friend then I called and received even worst attitude.
Keep living the dream Annette! Front desk agent at the age of 90 must be awesome!

We booked 4 rooms for a family reunion weekend. We stayed 2 nights. We rented their banquet room for a private dinner. We were extremely pleased with everything. The rooms were clean and up to date. I will say the bed was a little hard. The bar was good, the drinks were great. They have a serve yourself FREE hot breakfast starting at 7am in the dining room. It was very quite at night for being by the main highway. They have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was a worry free weekend. Priceline hooked us up with a rate I could not refuse. I want to say the restaurant service was top of the mark. We were treated like royalty. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

If you like a delayed check in, other people’s pubic hair all over your «just cleaned» room and bathroom (no really the maid was just finishing up), wet and visibly dirty bathroom floors, beds with bugs, cracking walls and more road noise than a freeway, this is THE place for you.
The only positive was the front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. I would not only not recommend this hotel, I would go out of my way to avoid it.

its ok its a basic hotel in a decent location, breakfast is your typical carb fest and nothing to get excited about… pool area was ok, bar was ok… room was clean … sidewalks could all use power washing…

Booked two rooms for three nights for the London Bridge Renaissance Faire. I don’t understand the low ratings this place gets, maybe we just got lucky. ?? Granted, it isn’t The Four Seasons, but our rooms were clean, the beds were decent and we thought the free breakfast was great.
The two ladies who run the breakfast were super nice and kept everything filled up. We thought the food was very good and they helped us with our thermos of coffee all three days. Can’t say enough good things about them.
The front desk folks were fair. Slow and seemed pretty much uninterested in helping us. When we check out there was no one at the front desk, just a sign saying they would be back shortly. Their idea of shortly differs from ours as we waited for 15 – 20 minutes for someone to check us out. When we finally checked out, I wanted to pay for the room with a different card than the one I used to reserve it and the woman didn’t ask me how I wanted to pay for the room. She just assumed I would be using the card I reserved with and charged the room to that card without asking. That caused me some problems and I didn’t appreciate it.
Overall, we were happy with our stay and will probably be back for next year’s London Bridge Renaissance Faire.

Auf unserem Weg von der Route 66 zum Joshua Tree National Park hatten wir als Zwischenübernachtung Lake Havasu City ausgewählt. Aufgrund der fußläufigen Nähe zur London Bridge, hatten wir uns für das Quality Inn & Suites entschieden.
Aufgrund des guten Preis– Leistungsverhältnisses buchen wir sehr gerne Quality Inns, waren aber aufgrund der doch sehr unterschiedlichen Bewertungen im Internet sehr gespannt. Das Hotel erreicht man problemlos über die vielbefahrene US 95.
Von außen machte das Hotel einen soliden Eindruck und der Empfang war freundlich und professionell und wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Seeblick im oberen Geschoss. Allerdings mussten wir einmal das Zimmer tauschen, da im ersten Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Bei über 40 Grad im Schatten ist eine funktionierende Klimaanlage überlebenswichtig.
Der Seeblick war sicherlich zu vernachlässigen, da der See doch sehr weit entfernt ist. Von dieser Seite hatte man dann den Lärm von der Straße, allerdings ist die andere Seite auch keine gute Option, da bis spät in der Nacht ankommende Gäste für Radau mit Gegröle und Türenknallen sorgen.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, komfortabel, sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Das kostenfreie WLAN arbeitete flott. Im Zimmer befindet sich auch eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Kühlschrank. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Bügeleisen mit Brett.
Der Pool war leider keine Erfrischung und zu der Jahreszeit einfach zu warm. Man sollte in dieser Gegend über eine Poolkühlung nachdenken. Es waren auch einige Badegäste im Pool. Die schon ein paar Bierchen zu viel in der Sonne getrunken hatten.
Im Hotel befindet sich noch ein Restaurant und eine Bar, die wir nicht genutzt haben. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es unzählige Restaurants. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch und gut bestückt. Meine Kinder waren von der automatischen Pancakemaschine sehr begeistert.
Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Ich kann das Hotel für den preisbewussten Gast empfehlen.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Everything was always pleasant up until my last stay at quality inn & suites. My friends and I do an annual trip every year for my birthday to Lake Havasu and I typically three to four rooms because we have such a large group joining us. We stayed July 23^rd to the 26^th this year and everything went well until about a week in a half later when I look at my credit card and was charged $ 530. I immediately called and asked what the charge was from and was told I broke a TV. Long story short… They charged the wrong room, Over drafted my credit card, never called me to tell Me that there «was a broken TV», and charged me weeks later when it should have been charged the day I checked out (even though it was the wrong room). I’m still waiting on a reimbursement from them and all the manager did was apologize and credit me 1,000 pts on my choice hotel card. NOT COOL. I will never stay at this hotel again, beyond ridiculous

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The continental breakfast was slightly better than other hotels. Beds were average. Shower had poor water pressure. But I’m still rating this 5 stars because Dan at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with the a/​c and he phoned us several hours later to make sure the problem had been fixed. Dan was very knowledgeable of the area and offered great insight.

Unfortunately, my stay here was awful. I have a timeshare at the Nautical and purchased this room to put my property in here for safety. When I came back all my cash was gone from my wallet. Finally I received a phone call from the manager a week later. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Check in was super slow and when we got to the room, it was trashed. There was a 3 hour wait before they would let us into the room, so we had to wait around until we could move in. The only compensation we got for this trouble was an exhausted «sorry» from an employee who clearly didn’t care.
The food is awful. I don’t think it should even be classified as food and I would highly recommend avoiding it. We were appalled by our complimentary breakfasts. Grey eggs, stale bread, fries, and nobody around to clean up or cater to guests.
Also, I don’t know what the maids even do other than replace towels. There was blood on one of the pillowcases when we got here so we didn’t use it, then it wasn’t changed after the maid came. They surely don’t vacuum or clean any part of the bathroom! Didn’t even replace our tissues or soap.
The pool has had the same band aids, cigarette butts, and broken bottle in it for 4 days. It’s horrifyingly nasty and next to a parking lot.
The staff also treated us rather poorly since we came for spring break, even though we were quiet, pleasant, and clean.
Only redeeming qualities are then proximity to the lake, price, size of rooms, and wifi. Other than that it’s really a poor quality hotel.

While checking into this hotel I had reviews brought up and the desk employee asked me to read her a couple of the bad reviews. I read the review about bad or poor a/​c units when the employee laughed and said there isn’t anything wrong with their a/​c units. Not true. The very room we were assigned had a bad a/​c unit. We had to walk all the way back to the front desk and wait for others to check in before we could get asigned another room. Very inconvenient. building and facility is out dated, needs a good cleaning, and could use new a/​c units. The free breakfast was tasteless. try real eggs folks, they are healthier and have flavor. and what’s with not allowing boat trailer parking on weekends? It’s lake havasu, talk about a silly policy. And finally, I would have given you one star over these issues but Kimberly at the front desk was a very polite and pleasant poison. She alone gave you another star from this critic.

I went here with some friends to spend the 4^th of July weekend on the water. We didn’t spend a lot of time in/​at the hotel but when we did it was very pleasant. My friend and I were very impressed with the breakfast and how fast they would bring out more food when something ran out. The price was a GREAT deal for the holiday weekend and it is perfectly located. Walking distance to bars, food places, and the London Bridge. When I go back to Havasu this will definitely be the first place I will look for places to stay.

Lets go ahead and begin with what we expected when paying $ 550 for two nights, granted it was a holiday weekend. When I say suite, what normally comes to mind? No it wasnt waterfalls and jacuzzi tub, but definitely didnt expect, or want two rooms slapped together, and given the name I’ll associate with some of the better rooms in Vegas. The style and décor reminded me of a room someone who smokes 2 packs a day might choose. Just old and and not updated. Who knows how many people slept in those sheets! Bring the black light with you, and inspect the sheets before you slip under the them. Or get drunk and forget to, its Havasu.

Family vacation with a Chinese tour company means I didn’t have to deal with the hotel staff at all!
Based on the room and the amenities, I thought this place is pretty decent! Clean and big rooms with strong wifi. We even got a bag of welcome goodies.
But. No elevators and clear indicator of rooms! We went up and down with our suitcases to look for our rooms.
Set up some signs please!

It’s an ok hotel to stay for 1 night. The free breakfast is pretty bad. The hotel staff I’d very friendly. The rooms are old but clean and it does have a comfortable bed. No microwave in rooms it’s an extra cost.

I’ve stayed at almost all the pet friendly places in Lake Havasu over the past 4 years and was pleasantly surprised at the price and room. We checked in late on Friday (12am) front desk was very nice, they love pets! Big rooms, very clean, excellent parking and close to everything. We will be coming back for sure.

Why have all the reviews of this hotel disappeared? It seems strange that it has no reviews at all. Nothing positive, nothing negative, no reviews at all.
That’s because people only write negative reviews about the Quality Inn. This place is run down, has a surly staff and is located right on the main highway, so it is noisy all of the time.
The hotel could abate some of the noise by replacing the missing weather stripping under the doors, something that affected every room I have stayed in, but then Audrey Hoyt would have to fork out money.
No room refrigerators, except in the executive suite.
Avoid this hotel.
