Clickinks

Company sells ink that is off-​brand and not compatible with a standard Epson printer. After it is returned with the company’s label and Return number, they ignore requests for refund. They have not responded in more than a year. One star for a courteous phone contact. I found the number in a series of online complaints; it isn’t available on their website.

Made a purchase from Clickinks after buying a Groupon for reduced priced ink. I made a purchase WELL ABOVE the options offered on the Groupon.
Immediately after placing the order, a charge was placed on my Visa. Two days later, I received an email saying the ink cartridges I ordered were out of stock. I replied suggesting eliminating the shipping cost would be a reasonable arrangement to smooth things over on my first purchase.
I did not receive a reply and the charge was not refunded.
Two weeks after the purchase was made, I have had to file a complaint with the bank managing the Visa card used to complete the purchase.
I have yet to receive communication saying the stuff is on the way, sorry or just to tell me to go to hell.
Don’t give your money to these people.

Everything is always back ordered.!! They won’t refund either. Makes me angry !! The best way to get your money back is with a charge back through your card company. good luck, mark.

Run and do not buy from them. I bought in June 2015 and after 2 weeks of not getting my order I called and finally got to speak to someone.(expect a long wait). They said it was out of stock so I cancelled the order since I bought my much needed ink, locally. I spent just under 100.00 and then I waited and nothing came through as a credit on my credit card. So I called again and waited forever and they apologized and said I will receive my credit. I was promised that I would get my credit… Nothing and after 2 months of waiting, I started a process with my credit card company. I finally got my credit on Nov 11,2015. It took 5 months to get my credit. That is unacceptable and I found out the hard way and wanted to warn people. Consider yourself warned and good luck.

I placed an order for 3 Epson black high capacity cartridges and 1 of each color. The blue was from a different manufacture and produced a lighter ink then the Epson original. 2 of the black cartridges would not work properly. 1 produced no ink at all. The other produced very poor print quality (gaps in printing). I ran the head cleaning function and head alignment function multiple times on both those cartridges and could not resolve the issue. I went to the store and bough an original cartridge and it worked the first time.
Now the kicker. I gave this same information to ClickInks and requested an RMA. They are going to force me to «troubleshoot» or charge me a 20% restocking fee. What the heck is there to troubleshoot. My Epson user guide gives all the troubleshooting you can do. Guess I’ll waste my time and theirs to save money.
Oh, it also took ClickInks 30 days to respond to my RMA request.
ClickInks used to be good but they have lost a customer for life.

Wow. These guys are terrible. Product didn’t work, and it took ovr 2 months to get my money back. What’s worse is that they didn’t even refund all of it! They shorted me 6 dollars. Jerks.

This company is a freaking joke! I purchased a groupon back in June 2015, applied it to my order and it showed the discount however when I completed the purchase they charged me for the whole amount. When I contact them regarding the issue they stated it was because the product I ordered was not covered under the groupon discount, I then cancelled my order and requested a refund, which i’m still waiting for. I have even contact the better business bureau and these jerks even give them the run around. The order was for only around $ 40 but now it’s just about principal. I have literally been waiting for a refund since 6÷22÷15 and every time I called, emailed or had the BBB reach out to them they gave some stupid excuse about how there accounting department was undergoing some drastic change. I’m sure the accounting department isn’t having any issues processing payments they just can’t refund any payments. What a horrible way to represent a company!

This is my first negative review on Unilocal.I ordered $ 138 worth of ink in June of 2015. I called ahead and described my printer. When the ink arrived, it didn’t work. I called and they had me spend over an hour troubleshooting. Still no luck. They said they would refund me 100% and sent me a shipping label. I have called them several times since they received the ink back in July. Each time I waited on hold about 10 minutes only to be told they were working on it. They said there was no manager to speak with and no access to their accounting department. My credit card was finally refunded at the end of October 2015 and they shorted me $ 19. I was a first time customer and I will not be back.

My wife and I have been ordering ink from Click Inks for two years now. I have never had an issue with any of their ink.

Worst company ever! I have never been so disappointed in customer service. I waited 3 weeks for my ink to come in and 5 weeks to get a refund and that is calling every week and then ever day the last week and finally talking to the manager 2x but still nothing happened. Finally got he refund. They could have voided the transaction as I called them to cancel it within 30 min. of placing the order. I have never ever been so frustrated I know how customer service can be. :-(would never recommend this place. Now 3 – 4 weeks from getting my refurbished ink, it is out! The color has read low from the beginning and they said o couldn’t get a refund without «restocking fee» until after I tried their troubleshooting. Ugh. Horrible. Would be a negative rating if possible.

Horrible — purchased 6 cartridges and they didn’t work on my Epson printer PLUS they leaked badly when I removed them. Thought it might be one bad one but that was not the case. Tried 3 and all with the same result.

Worst mail order house I’ve ever had the displeasure of giving my money. Do not use them.
They are bad, products are bad, customer service is nonexistent and if you ever need a refund — forget it. They’ll keep telling you it’s coming. Well, Christmas is coming too and I haven’t seen anything come back in the last 3.5 months.
Will never, ever use them again.

What’s happened to ClickInks???
Products okay — delivery sucks. Phone support: «oh, we’re waiting for your back order.» Back order? So, my entire order of cartridges, ready for shipment 3 WEEKS AGO, is being held up for one (1) back ordered pen?
I have a business to run. Apparently ClickInks doesn’t.
Relied on ClickInks for years. Sadly, not any more.

If I could give a negative score I would. Their customer service is AWFUL, TERRIBLE & INCOMPETENT!
Nine months of emails back and forth over a toner that was sent to me broken and still no replacement.
Just the worst customer service ever!

I continue to wait on my refund. They told me today they were submitting my refund to the accounting department again. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in accounting and was told Manager was on lunch and she couldn’t transfer me to the accounting dept.
I have filed a BBB report and followed up with that. This business is a scam.

Do not order from this place. They charged my credit card the day of the order, indicated my product would arrive 7 – 10 days. I kept waiting for a delivery update. Nothing! I called and found out the item is not in stock and they don’t even know when they will have it. So they just keep your money and if you don’t stay on top of it you would never get it back and probably not the product either. I called and am now told it will take up to 30 days to get my credit issued to my card. I can’t believe they don’t even send you a notice that the item is out of stock. Certainly seemed to be when I placed my order. I think they just take your money and hope you don’t follow up when you don’t get the order.

Don’t order ink from them! After about a month of printing– my HP printer said no more! Had to buy original ink again and then all my colors started printing wrong. Oranges were printing greenish. So long story short, the ink messed up my hardware and I had to spend over $ 100 buying a new printer. Clickinks wouldn’t offer a refund even on the brand new products since it was over 60 days since my purchase.

I got a Groupon, ordered a bunch of re manufactured ink… none of it worked in my printer. I tried to contact them via phone & automated system said 64 minute wait time so I contacted them via email and guess what? They just never responded. I called Groupon, they gave me Groupon bucks for what I paid, but I had paid for extra ink through click inks. Probably about $ 25 down the tube… literally like flushing it down the toilet. This is a company that obviously doesn’t care at all about customer service. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I ordered a toner cartridge through their website (which looks legit) and I got an email that my order didn’t go through, so I placed another order. I got both cartridges in the mail and was charged twice. Of course.
They sent me a survey about my feedback, and I wrote that I erroneously received two cartridges and was charged twice, so a customer service rep called me and told me that she would send me a return label. I was surprised at their initiative, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I stuck the shipping label on and put the cartridge through the mail. When I hadn’t received my refund in three months, I called their customer service and was routed to their support center in Bangalore, India (???) The woman told me that they’d received my return a long time ago but did not process it. She then promised I’d have my refund in 3 weeks.
Long story short, it’s been another 6 months and still no refund. Everytime I call, the quoted wait time ~50 minutes. No wonder. I know it’s a lot of hassle to go through to get my $ 45 back, but I’m a student. I need all the help I can get.
Someone should seriously consider filing a lawsuit against them.

Everything is hunky-​dory until you have problem with your order.
That’s when it gets unpleasant. Their return process is a HOLY MIGRAINE of pain. The phone reps are friendly and want to help, but the end result is terrible.
Real world example:
They sent a defective cartridge. It was impossible after a –Very Long– phone discussion to get this through to the rep. I had to take photos of the cartridge. I emailed the photos and then never heard back. I had to call a bunch of times and sent follow-​up email. Apparently the cust svc people bounce your problem over to the claims dept and they sit on it forever. Finally I got an RMA out of them. I’m going to send the bad one back and cross my fingers.

If you order inks in advance and like to keep a supply ready, well DON’T. Because if you get a bad cartridge and you’re past the 37 day policy, you’re F-​cked.
Their Better Business Bureau report card is ugly and loaded with customer complains.
