When back after the whole E Coli outbreak… very disappointed. Ordered a steak bowl and the majority of my steak was fat or hard and inedible. I told an employee (and even showed him the multiple pieces I had to spit out into a napkin) and he’s like «ok, thanks for letting us know.» …seriously?! I threw away the rest, which was still 2⁄3 left… over it! Very poor customer service and very disappointed about the food. If you guys keep this up, you will lose your «loyal» customers too. Really sad Chipotle, really sad.

Just ordered a chicken bowl from here and it tasted great. As I was eating, I found a large piece of wood and almost choked. I don’t know why there’s wood but it looked like a piece of chopstick that got put in there with my bowl. Very disappointed in the quality after the outbreak. I thought they’d do a better job but I guess not.

The parking here is horrendous. I go in and find no one in here at 9 PM. It’s late yes. I order a steak burrito with guacamole. The staff is having a great time in the back while a customer is waiting for their food. 10 minutes later when I actually I ate it, the burrito was awful. The tortilla was hard, meat was chewy and cold, the guacamole was dark, and the tomatoes were not strained well. You have 18 year old HS kids working there that give you tiny portions and don’t have a clue of what they’re doing. Also, I went to go full up my soda, they had no ice. I went without ice and with a room temperature drink. Will never return to this Chipotle, there is nothing to like about this location.

First off, I want to say I’m a huge fan of Chipotle. Because of this, I gave this location a few chances to to redeem itself. However, each visit turned out to be disappointing. They give very little portions and the food (specifically the meat) is somewhat bland. Still a Chipotle fan… I will just be visiting the other locations (PSU, Washington Sq and Tualatin)

I go to this location weekly, as it is down the street from my work. I usually place to-​go orders because it makes it easier and quicker for me on my lunch break. Chelsea is awesome! She always makes my food the way I want it, and if ever have a problem with the way it tastes, she makes sure to let the cooks know, and to comp my food on the next visit. She is one of the reasons why I keep coming back! :)

The hidden gem!
no one knows it is here. In fact if you go 2 exits south you hit another Chipotle that is out in the open and easy to find. You won’t believe how many people I work with in Lake Oswego that have no idea this is here. It is next to a Starbucks so you would think more would have seen it…
But this is a pretty tiny little stripmall hidden from view, and easy to pass by. You have to turn off the main drag to get into this one.
Once there, it is an oasis of culinary pleasure. Too much? I love Chipotle. I grow weak and have to eat at a Chipotle at least once a week.
The staff here is very good, and fast. Much like all the others I encounter. They seem to cook the chicken just right here, not overcooked. I would give it 5 stars if it was easier to get to. But maybe that is why I don’t have to wait very long.

I love the usually consistent restaurant but this is one of the worst. While someone in the back of the house was singing at the top of their lungs and it was annoying everyone, the staff decides to turn up the radio playing in the seating area to help cover the annoyance. Food was still good but most unprofessional, uncontrolled staff I have seen at this chain in a long time.

This is the WORST Chipotle! They are SO STINGY with portions it is ridiculous and the rice and beans are always cold! Burritos are half the size and even the quesadillas are thin and only half full of cheese (also cold). This is the whole point of Chipotle, its expensive but you get a HUGE burrito, well not at this one. This isn’t just a one off either, I’ve been 3 times cause its the closest one, but its the same every time — no more. I really don’t understand how you get something so simple as Chipotle wrong, but this location is horrible.

This is a very well run chipotle. The people who work here are great. It’s always a friendly environment no matter if it’s rush or no one is in there. This is my chipotle of choice, you gotta check it out. The food is always fresh and I’ve never had anything go wrong here. If you like chipotle then you definitely need to check out this location!

Pretty disappointed in the to go service today. I was 20 minutes early and knew it. I was happy to wait but since I interrupted the «to go» people’s lunch I was quite the annoyance.
Food is good and the guy that usually runs the front register is always so so nice but lately the rest are rude and unhelpful.

Not only is the Mexican themed food very tasty here but I love that Chipotle is a responsible food outlet that cares where their ingredients are sourced from and I’m talking mostly about the humanly treated meats and pasture raised dairy. So few places give a crap, especially chains like this. My only gripe is sometimes they move too fast in the line and I feel like I don’t have time to get my order right, it’s a little too rushed.

Everyone who eats at this location probably orders the «burrito bowl», so the workers easily get out of practice on building the fattier option — basically 90% of the time getting a burrito is just a total disaster.
Today the grilled fajita veggies were raw. Last time the black beans were half-​cooked. It’s unfortunate because I have so very few food options working in this neighborhood.

Seems like the quality of this place has gone down a bit. Yes, it’s a chain so I can’t expect stellar food, but I’ve had better. At this same location. What’s the deal guys?
It’s pretty clean, aside from the resident flies that buzz around. What was disappointing was the steak (burrito). The meat was super chewy, like they decided to get the cheapest cut of meat possible. I thought mine was a fluke but hubby’s was the same.
On top of that, a newbie built my burrito. The first half I ate was all (chewy) steak and rice. The second half was cheese, lettuce and salsa. It’s like it was made in 2 parts, with a ton of tortilla in the middle. The way it was folded had the very end exploding out of the foil and a giant tortilla speedbump in the middle.
I’m not a burrito nazi or anything, but I know they can make better burritos than that, cause I used to love them. We’ll be back once the newbies get more practice.

I’ve you’ve ever been to Chipotle, you should expect pretty much the same thing as other locations.
One big downside to this one is seating. Only 2 regular tables with chairs in the entire place, only five tables total. When the place gets busy around lunch time, don’t expect a seat for your group.

This is THE best Chippotle in the country. They don’t overstuff the burritos, all of the ingredients are well prepared, not watered down, over salted or any other typical mistake that is made in other Chipolties. The staff is friendly, the joint is clean, what more can you ask for when going to Chipolty?
Seriously why can no one say Chi-​pote-​lay???
