I had the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had at this location. The bread tasted like it was freshly baked and we got there at 6pm. The staff was very friendly and my sandwich was perfect. I wish every subway was like this!

I call for delivery, they say«your friendly neighborhood Subway» then immediately complain about«we’re really busy» when I ask for delivery, and hang up. I call back and get someone else, and discover a $ 10 minimum. Whatever. You’re busy enough, you don’t need my business, and I’m not ordering a $ 10 sandwich. I’m less than ½ mile away but too busy to leave the office. Jimmy John’s delivers for less than $ 10, much quicker, I can order online, and I’ve never heard them complain about being busy(which should be a good thing). Subway, you might want to learn a lesson if you’re going to offer business delivery. Otherwise, don’t bother. At the very least offer online ordering so we don’t have to «bother» your employees by calling in. But for goodness sake, if you act like a potential customer is such a bother — don’t bother. I’ll go elsewhere. 7÷30÷15: this should be the Subway on Nimbus. Not sure how I got it under the wrong location, and it doesn’t seem to let me change it short of deleting and re-writing it.

This Subway is not the friendliest. The staff doesn’t seem to even know what the vegetables are even called that they use for sandwiches. The one and only time I’ve been here, my visit was bad. I asked for my sandwich the way I do at every other Subway, just to be corrected by a pig-faced, snotty teenager. She didn’t know ‘green peppers’ were also called ‘bell peppers’ and wanted to argue about it. No joke. She kept grabbing stuff to put on my sandwich as if she was trying to read my mind. She failed in the ESP department. The Subway off of Boones Ferry Road is awesome. The ladies there are always friendly, they don’t argue with customers, and they make your food exactly the way you ask for it. Go here instead.

I think the service at this Subway was good. Upon arriving there was a line of about ten people, so I was expecting to wait fifteen to twenty minutes to get my sub but was pleasantly surprised to find that the employees who work at this very Subway where not only sandwich artists but they did there job’s exceptionally fast as well. They made me a very good chicken bacon ranch sub. The only problem that I have and this is with Subway in general is that really the only thing you get a lot of on your sub is lettuce. I can count the number of olives that where on my sub with one hand and that goes for green peppers, banana peppers, pieces of spinach, tomatoes, and the six pieces of chicken that where on my sub. Part of me does not think they use real bacon but as a whole I had a good experience at this subway. As for me the smell of baking bread does not bring about bad memories I even enjoy it.

I give these guys 2 stars because i happen to love subway. its a great way to get lunch quickly, and these guys deliver! but after my experiences with this particular store i am about done. First off, about a year ago i ordered a sandwich and drink etc. and had it delivered to my home, the delivery man was nice and all but later that night i started getting very inappropriate texts sent to my phone. after a lot of freaking out and demanding who was texting me, come to find out it was the 40 year old delivery man from subway!(I was 17 at the time) He had taken my cell phone number off of the delivery form and gotten drunk. Not just bad, HORRIBLE experience number 1. The second experience happened today, i was calling to place an order and the woman on the phone could not have been ruder if she tried. I was on hold for 15 minutes while she finished up with another customer, which i understood, that was fine. But then when she got on the phone with me she proceeded to laugh at my name, and decide she wasn’t sure if my house was too far away for them to deliver too even so i had been ordering from this location for years! She puts me on hold for 23 minutes in order to «check her GPS» at which point i hung up and called back. she answered the phone and straight up told me to «please settle down b**ch, its only a stupid sandwich and your wrecking my cool.» Needless to say the employees of this subway are sort of on the crappy end. if you are looking for a subway that delivers, call up the skyline subway in SW portland. The deliver, and will get to your house very quickly as i have just discovered. the girl who took my call up there could not have been nicer. You got a lot to lear tigard subway.

This place gets CRAZY busy around lunch time. But the staff is extremely nice, and FAST! This place doesn’t skim you on toppings and even hands out free cookies on Fridays.

This particular Subway is the busiest I’ve seen of any Subway… That being said, they have half-a-dozen friendly, fierce, frenzied employees behind the counter to get the lunch rush in and out of the door as fast as possible, while still piling on the toppings, and passing out free cookies to boot. If Subway is boring for you, perhaps try something new or different, this store is very on-par for a Subway chain. After years of eating these foot-long fillers, I’ve perfected my personal recipe… but it’s a secret.

The reviewer above me is talking about subway in general not the awesome 72nd subway of kruse way. This subway is the bomb! I have eaten at this store for over 14 ½ years and the service is the best and the food is very good. The staff is like a well oiled nascar pit crew getting people in and out during lunch rush. I would go there because the food is good, the customer service is awesome and the girls are beautiful

Normally it may seem a little silly to review a Subway, but it is one of my favorite places to get fast food… because I don’t feel as guilty. But this particular Subway is always slammed at lunch time with workers from all the local businesses. I have never seen a Subway crew move so fast with such accuracy. One girl in particular always stands out to me. She has a few piercings, long blonde hair, and memorizes frequent customers’ sandwich orders. I like to call her«The Rockin’, Super fast, Amazing Subway Girl». Well, because she is. I just wanted to give her big kudos for being the dynamite part of that team. Actually, I saw her at the grocery store and it was like seeing a celebrity, so I shouted out her name, which I mentioned above, and she was a little scared. But I got to give her a verbal pat on the back, so I was happy. So if you want Subway and you want it good and fast. Now you know where to go.
