Excellent customer service. Billy (store manager) went over all the details from my maintenance check and gave you multiple quotes to choose from.

On labor day last year I got a flat tire and put a spare on it so I could drive to work. Once off all Les Schwabs were closed and the spare was already starting to leak slowly. In retrospect I should have asked for an alternative location but alas I decided to go here. 200 bucks and 2 hours later a new tire was replaced.
Flash forward a month later. The tire on the same side started to leak slowly. After a week or so I went back to Goodyear. Unfortunately the tire with the leak was not one of theirs and thus not under warranty, which I was unaware of but yet understandable (guess they replace a back tire and put that one in the original spot). However, they made me wait almost 4 hours just to tell me that the spark plug was corroded causing the leak. I told them I would consider repairs but there was just a weird vibe about the place and the employees, and I left unsatisfied and feeling slightly scammed.
The next day I went to Les Schwab, got a new tire for 40 bucks less, and received way better, trustworthy service. The tire itself was causing the leak due to stretching over time. And the spark plug was not corroded. At all. I don’t know. Something is fishy about this place along with other tire corporation repair shops. I suggest staying away

I don’t know a lot about tires. Or cars, for that matter. When the «low tire pressure» light in my Subaru outback came on, I brought my car in ASAP.
Turns out, there was a giant screw in my tire. That’s why I had no pressure.
I got here at 12:40. I told them i had work at 3, and they promised to get my out of here by 2:30.
I went out to lunch, then returned in about an hour. My car was still outside the garage and had not been moved. I went back inside, and the man who was in charge hurried back to the shop to tell them to work on my car.
That was a little off-​putting, to say the least. It made me wonder if I didn’t come back until 2:30 if my car would be ready.
It is now 2:15. There is no tire on my vehicle. I am now concerned.
This is a small thing. But. Their wifi is filtered. No Instagram. Some Tumblr pages are blocked. It’s annoying.

Made appointment for 4 new factory tires. Price quoted was 1900 dollars. While waiting for car to be serviced (5^th in line), I called other local Goodyear locations for comparable quote. The Lake Oswego Goodyear was fully $ 380 higher ($ 95, exactly, per tire). Got my keys. Left dealership. By the time I got to other Goodyear dealership, the manager of the Lake Oswego Goodyear had actually phone called all of the other local Goodyear locations telling them not to service my vehicle. They claimed I was «their customer.» Then they threatened to report the Goodyear location to Goodyear Corporate for ‘stealing their customer’ and ‘undercutting.’ I ended up trying Michelin that year, needless to say.

I have been a customer of this store for 12 years and have been very happy with their service. Having them work on my air conditioner today. Good price and detailed explanation of their testing process. I wil let you know how it goes!

I’ve been a customer of this store for about 20 years. Generally I think they’re trustworthy and reliable. They’ve saved me money on at least one occasion, an alternative solution. By contrast, I’ve used the Firestone across the street for one of my vehicles because of their lifetime alignment (on the car, not the tires!) program, but they are definitely not detail people and will do the absolute minimum unless I request it. For example, I get routine rotations, pressure check, alignment checks and a little sticker to remind me of the oil change, plus they’ll reset the electronic reminder as well. Firestone does none of the above without a specific request. If I’m coming in for an oil change, that’s all I get. Goodyear does it all. The cons: they can up the sales pressure if you’re shopping tires and they don’t have a lifetime alignment program.

I went to this place for some new tires and an oil change. I had called beforehand and asked how long it would take because I would be waiting there for the car. The guy said it would only take an hour. It ended up taking 2 ½ hours. Also, the bill seemed too high. When I read it, I found that the salesman had added a tire protection plan without my permission. I had him remove it, but the trust isn’t there anymore. I’ll be going somewhere else the next time.
