This guy is crazy. I am warning you. If you have a computer problem do not go here. The worst customer service ever in history. He held my computer and would not give it back for days. He never fixed anything and kept my money. he is a scam artist and knows nothing about computers. Do not walk into the store.

Bad experience!!! Went in for simple computer repair. Overcharged, $ 115 charge for replacing a part I find on-​line for $ 8-​$ 16. He didn’t do any research to properly fix and he used a bunch of superglue to secure the repair. I took it to another shop who was horrified at the work he did, they repaired it correctly and didn’t charge me for undoing the mess he made. Find a different shop

I saw the sign in the window as I was driving past and assumed, as one might, that it was a parting shot left behind by a defeated man looking to place blame on somebody else for his own failures. Upon getting home and checking out Kevin’s website, however, I came to find out that he’s apparently (and amazingly) still in business. So, I guess he’s looking to place blame on somebody else for his continued success, then? Talk about a sore winner… Be a man, Kevin. Sour grapes do not become you.
