Michelle and Adrian have more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. We specialize in working with First time Homebuyers and providing an awesome experience for each and every client.

Michelle and Adrian are bilingual Latinos and understand that home ownership creates stability for Hispanic families and communities, and is a key component to economic empowerment. We provide families and individuals with the information and guidance needed to become successful home owners and receive tremendous gratification in guiding our clients to the signing table through a smooth and informed loan process.

History

Established in 2013.

Michelle&Adrian was formed at the start of 2013 at Impac Mortgage in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

For many years, Michelle Rodriguez and Adrian Hinckley have been dear friends and worked individually as Loan Officers to serve the Oregon community. Each specializes in different areas of the mortgage industry and upon discovering each other’s strengths and common values, decided to merge and combine their efforts. Their collaboration has resulted in a committed team able to met all of your home loan needs.

Founded in 1995 in Irvine California, Impac Mortgage is a local and direct lender, meaning faster turn times and less overlays. Impac Mortgage’s parent company, Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (IMH), has originated and purchased over $ 90 billion in residential and commercial loans. IMH is a publicly traded company and through its subsidiaries, offers a wide range of integrated consumer and business services within the mortgage and real estate marketplaces.

Michelle and Adrian’s team is made up of four essential members. Here’s the breakdown:

MICHELLE ‘The Brains’ (Loan Officer) is the magic behind the scenes. She puts your home-​loan puzzle together to make sure it works for you and meets your family’s needs.

ADRIAN ‘The Broze’ (Loan Officer) is the the face of the team. He’s out and about making the team at large is on the same page and that everyone is happy.

CONTESSA ‘Xola’ is the Team Coordinator and idea generator. She wears lots of hats to keep the team on track and push along the greater vision.

KRIS puts the loan pieces together and makes sure your file is rock solid and in queue for a smooth trip down Home Loan Lane.
